Unwind in a cosy, comfortable and contemporary beach style home. We are dog friendly with an enclosed garden and private parking which is a rarity in Mumbles.

Refurbished in 2021, Ty'r Felin is a modern three-bedroom bungalow with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. It boasts a log burner and a six seater hot tub. There is an ensuite shower room, a family bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a sweeping garden with a patio with beach views. Situated in the breath-taking Pembrokeshire National Park, Ty’r Felin is moments from the beach and coastal path. There is also a pub/cafe between us and the beach.

Castle Park Cottage is a self contained bungalow with a lounge with full height window and views of the rolling hills, kitchen, bathroom with bath and in bath shower and 2 bedrooms. Decoration is modern and slightly quirky. The cottage sits within our main house gardens. We live in the countryside with 360 degree views. You can see the countryside down to the sea and Caldey Island from the cottage bedroom windows. All the main attractions are within 30 minutes drive.

A comfortable, contemporary and stylish detached 2 bedroom property on one level with a private large garden with panoramic views towards the Brecon Beacons. With off street parking, situated on a small, quiet, cul-de-sac in the beautiful village of Llangorse, which has 2 great pubs both serving food.
