Situated on Ilfracombes oldest and most historic Street, the property is doors away from Thomas Carr’s Michelin star restaurant and a short walk from Tunnels beaches.Take a stroll to the harbour and enjoy one of the many watering holes and eateries Walking around Ilfracombe is the easiest way to get around ....with a few hills! Regular buses will take you to the beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde . Parking can be found just down the road and is readily available throughout the town. We will give you a permit if you are here for the week. The apartment occupies ground and lower ground floor; access via the front door to the bedroom floor of the apartment with a staircase to lower floor to the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is a spacious terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco drinks and dining.

Wander out to a split-level garden for a spot of sunshine. There are plenty of spaces to relax inside and out, with patios to the side and rear, a back garden and the handcrafted bat palace to sit in whatever the weather or evening time with a fire. The Potting Shed and studio building in our garden on the edge of the National Park in the unique town of Ashburton. The Potting Shed overlooks Place woods and is a secluded eco space designed and built by us with thermostatically controlled underfloor heating, powered by an air source heat pump and Morso wood burning stove. In the summer, open both bifold doors to experience birdsong and take in the beautiful green canvas of trees ahead of you. We have created a light, homely space with design classics and luxury bed to rest after a day walking on the moor or at the beach. There are plenty of spaces to relax inside and out, with patio spaces to the side and rear of the property, a back garden and behind the handcrafted bat palace. Pick your time and your spot to hang out and enjoy the BBQ /firepit. There is plenty of parking on the lane however there is a dedicated parking space for guest at the property. We are close to a local school which also runs a sports centre (Ashmoor Centre), where guests can book tennis courts, attend exercise classes and a gym after 3.30pm in term times and all day at the weekends and during school holidays. There may be some ambient noise in the distance from the school during term time.

The apartment is in Chipping Norton, a pretty Cotswold working town surrounded by glorious countryside. It's close to award-winning pubs, Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford, and is within 10 minutes of 3 festivals: Cornbury, Wilderness, and Feastival. Chipping Norton is connected to Oxford & Banbury by the bus. The nearest mainline station is Kingham, which has regular trains from London (Paddington). This is a 5 minute drive away.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king size bedroom and the very cosy stylish second bedroom had a double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. Both have the finest 100% French linen sheets and fluffy white towels. I have 100% response rate with Airbnb. I will try to get back within an hour unless I am sleeping and there is a time difference. Set just behind the iconic Royal Crescent, the hip neighbourhood includes a deli and greengrocer. The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
