Part of, Grade II listed, Churchtown Farm (a non working Farm) dating from 1690. Located in the lovely village of St Ewe, with its 16th century pub, offering great food, approx. 1 mile from the Lost Gardens of Heligan & 3 miles from the traditional fishing village of Mevagissey. Several pristine sandy beaches, The Eden Project, Caerhays and The Hidden Hut are also all nearby.

Situated 15mins drive from the royal Welsh show ground in Builth, 15mins from Rhayader and the Elan Valley, 15mins from Spa town Llandrindod wells, just over an hour to Aberystwyth and west coast beaches, it is the ideal location! The cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and various decorative updates. Montacute is a small village and civil parish in Somerset, England, 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yeovil.
