Located next to our home, this is a separate suite and bathroom which has TV, bar fridge, some kitchenette amenities and a heater. Great overnight location after work commitments, a family occasion or for a weekend away. This is a very quiet location with a short drive or ten-minute walk to Silverstream Village, Supermarket, Railway Station, restaurants and a local Gastro pub.

Our beautiful purpose built B&Bs are set in their own courtyard gardens within our potager garden. Recently completed, our 1 bedroom private studio with outdoor area & spa pool is perfect for a couple or young family. Separate private entrance & parking. 10 min walk to the beach & Raumati Village. The studio is attached to our home by an interconnecting door to the laundry, which will be locked during your stay. We will be available if you need anything. Double sofa bed accommodates 3rd adult or 4th child - best suited for kids or teens.
