We had a fantastic stay at Mr. Chandra’s place in Gangtok! He was constantly in touch with us ensuring a smooth arrival. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The room was cozy, spotless, and perfect for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the absolutely wonderful home-cooked dinner — delicious, wholesome, and made with so much care. Mr. Chandra goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Gangtok!

It's real treasure to stay here and experience the serenity of this place. Thanks to sachin , kachyo and Pemit for having me and to have this deep and beautiful experience. From amazing mountains around, hot water spring to authentic stay, hospitality here, organic food grown in farm around and intense moment at Gompa, everything is amazing and wonderful. Couldn't stop myself from staying for another 2 nights.

1. Location - Away from the hustle bustle of Darjeeling, this is a quiet neighbourhood with lovely climate. 2. Locality - quaint village with a few houses nearby. You can go for long walks. 3. Room - Well maintained and with windows overlooking the valley. 4. The Host - Lopchan family and especially Ningma go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and with like minded guests, you may feel part of the family very soon. They work really hard to maintain the place and they also cook delicious honely meals in their large family kitchen. Overall, a great place to visit if you are not looking to stay within Darjeeling town itself.

An ever changing canvas of mist kissed hills and tranquil landscapes. Every moment spent there was nothing short of magical, making it a stay to remember. The place is as described. He is so helpful. The House feels very welcoming and also he has hand drawn map which helps to navigate the city Very well. We received a very warm Buddhist welcome, which was really unexpected. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the Wife’s cooking, as we had reached late and had not informed him earlier. The place has Heated beds for when the nights gets very cold. The place is very clean. Will love to stay here again . Thanks for hosting us.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonam's place in Gangtok! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and suggest places to visit around the city. The caretaker, Nima, was outstanding—always available and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The food was delicious, homely, and very affordable—just what we needed after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Kanchenjunga right from the property—absolutely mesmerizing! Highly recommend this place for groups of friends, families, or couples looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Gangtok. 😊

Tucked away in the hills, Relaimi Homestay was a peaceful retreat for my wife and me. From the moment we arrived, Sujata and Nischal welcomed us with warmth and generosity, making us feel instantly at home. The homestay itself was cozy and charming, with large windows opening to misty mountains. A highlight of our stay was Sujata’s incredible home-cooked meals. Her chicken momos, served with tangy chutney, were unforgettable. The Nepali thali—dal, bhaat, vegetables, and achaar—was wholesome and comforting. If you love mountain air, meaningful conversations, and soulful home-cooked meals, Relaimi Homestay is the perfect escape, it offers more than just a stay—it’s an experience that stays with you. Infact we booked the stay only for 3 days and then extended to another 2 days and we can’t wait to return here again.

We recently had the privilege of staying at Green Hamlet, a mountain villa, nestled amidst the stunning peaks, Green Hamlet is exactly like shown in the photos. It is really beautiful with spacious rooms and washrooms, perfect for a family get together. The villa itself was beautifully designed with a blend of modern comforts and traditional architecture. The interiors were spacious, with large windows allowing us to fully appreciate the surrounding landscape. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The highlight of our stay was the tranquility that enveloped the villa, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Hospitality was top notch and the staffs were attentive. Even the food made was tasty. Prabha went above and beyond to assist with always helpful and enthusiastic, created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like family.
