Stayed for the weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday. Excellent host, quick responses and extremely helpful! Such a beautiful house, really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Perfect for a large gathering, had everything we needed and we really did have a great time. Only negative was the house was quite tired in places and we felt like for the price we paid it should have been fresher and cleaner.

Kelly was a friendly and responsive host and her place was a perfect base to stay at after attending a wedding at Henham Barns. Thank you!

First time booking through Airbnb also the first time staying in Norfolk, have to say we were amazed on both counts! Amanda was very helpful and always responded with very good advice, the cottage was super with loads of room and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Village location is great for touring but also just as good to spend some quiet time relaxing. We will definitely be back. Andy, Nicky, Oli, Jodie, Tom, Leah & Ozzie the dog all say thank you 😊

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

Judy was really friendly and helpful, The Lookout was a really lovely place to stay, especially great to have outside space that was private too. Everything we needed was there, tastefully decorated and the provisions gratefully received. Would recommend and we intend staying again!

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. A lovely space with everything you need for a self-catered holiday. Just a short drive from several lovely National Trust properties / estates, and from some cute seaside towns. The host was very accommodating of our 1-year-old and went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed to take care of her.

We stayed here for a mini honeymoon after getting married in Vegas. It was just perfect for what we needed to relax and recover from a big trip. The bed is huge and comfy and the sofas and big TVs were lovely for stretching out and relaxing on after some fab local dog walks. The hot tub and sauna were also ideal for this. The area was quiet and peaceful so we had a really tranquil time. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and bbqing. A really lovely stay
