The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Walking distance to 2 pubs.

Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

The Shepherd's hut comprises of a double bed, seating area, kitchenette and self-contained shower room. You will be provided with a continental breakfast including croissants, juices and home made jams, coffee, teas, sugar & milk A private hot tub is available for an additional charge, along with use of a BBQ, local produce for a full English, fizz on ice etc

“The Elms Shepherds Hut”

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Forest lodge-style self-contained cabin with one bedroom and open plan living space & kitchen. Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. Peacock is a well appointed Shepherd Hut hidden away in the quiet woodlands of historic Ketteringham Hall. A great location for exploring the delights of Norfolk! The hut is comfortable and spacious, complete with a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a secluded outside area surrounded by trees complete with a picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'back to nature' evenings. There are 38 acres of grounds plus a large lake so lots to explore.
