Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

Warm and cosy with underfloor heating, this delightful studio is situated in a private lane just one minute’s walk from The Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows Biosphere and a 10 min walk to centre of Braunton. Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Clare Cottage is set in the heart of the peaceful Devon village Georgeham near to a trickling stream. With its pretty white washed exterior and walled cottage garden the house sits to the side of the historic 13th century St George Church. Putsborough beach a 2 mile stretch of sand is a 1.4 mile drive down a country lane or a 25 minute walk across fields. Croyde village is 1.6 miles drive The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving fine pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

We are not offering manicured lawns and corporate style holiday units but a piece of wild Exmoor

Boatman's Cottage is a delightful stylish cottage tucked away in the centre of the wonderful Exmoor village of Porlock. Believed to date back to the 1890s, this cottage is part of a small terrace originally built for boatbuilders and their families. The cottage row is described in the Historic Exmoor record as 'having a pleasing sense of seclusion' and it certainly does, yet a short walk along the mediaeval Drang and you are in the heart of the wonderful Porlock Village.
