Welcome to The Flower Bed, a greenhouse cabin on the slopes of Mauna Loa, Big Island with everything you need for a great vacation. Relax on the outdoor patio, cozy up with a book on the loveseat, enjoy the rainfall shower. Gaze at the amazing stars and be lulled to sleep by evening nature sounds. Awake to birds in song and morning sun filtering through the window. Sample an edible flower, use a pinch of lavender for calm, and enjoy peekaboo ocean views. If you like nature and animals, come and enjoy our hobby farm! It's glamping in a tiny house with the incredible view. (It is a farm, not a hotel) The loft bed with ladder as picture shown. Screened/no windows so you can enjoy breeze and view. Cute living room and big shower/restroom down stairs. Patio with outdoor grill and sink. Beautiful sunset and infinity sea/sky line from the bedroom. Galaxy and shooting stars at the night. About 20mins from many beaches, and downtown.

The Cottages At Volcano - Hale Alala

Surrounded by the rainforest of Volcano and situated just outside of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, our cozy cottage offers a welcoming place for some rest and relaxation between adventures. Hale 'Alalā is named after the highly endangered hawaiian crow whose reintroduction efforts have been focused on the forests around Volcano. While there are no longer any Alalā living in the wild, you can see a pair of live Alalā just down the road at the Panaewa Zoo (free admission).

Kanaloa

Kanaloa (God of the Sea creatures) over looks the Ocean, this room is 140 sq ft, with a queen bed, small table with chairs, no kitchen, large window to view Milky Way, sunrises, all while laying in bed. Kanaloa has its own private composting toilet 25’ from the room, bathroom sink, beach shower. A glamping room for short stays for those wanting a lower nightly price, clean, comfortable, getaway, close to Green Sand Beach and other popular place.

We are completely off grid.. we use rain water for showering… but don’t worry it’s a hot shower. Our toilets are compost to use less water and work with Mother Nature. U also have ur own tiny back yard hang out area, Wi-Fi available
