Sliders open to private deck with wooded view. A full bath, 2 bedrooms and add’l sleeping nook off the main living area complete the space. Also on the property are a cottage and 1800s Colonial home. Close to beaches, URI & more!

In walking distance to Jamestown Village. Short drive to Newport (14 min); Wickford (15 min); Narragansett (23 min); Block Island Ferry (38 min); and TFG Airport (30 min). The living room has a gas fireplace, desk, flat screen TV, sofa and bath. A spiral staircase leads you to the upper level which has a queen size bed, vanity, reading chair and armoire. Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

Cozy All Season Cabin Near Beach at Rockbriar Farm

Small vintage vacation cabin located in Charlestown, RI a 1 mile walk/bike to the town beach. Located on 7 acres called Rockbriar Farm, the cabin is in a wooded setting away from our home affording privacy for guests. One large room includes the futon bed/couch and the one sink; the shower and toilet are in separate room. Cabin also has a cedar enclosed hot water outdoor shower. Clean, cozy but not luxurious! No stove, but coffee maker, microwave, outside grill, and mini fridge.

Enjoy your own waterfront retreat in this beautifully renovated, professionally cleaned boathouse down a private drive in a quiet, former estate. This hideaway is just 10 minutes to downtown Providence and the colleges and a short, 10-minute picturesque walk to historic Pawtuxet Village for shopping and dining. The Offshore is a newly built, airy and clean one bedroom apartment above a modern carriage house fully stocked with all of the comforts of home. The apartment is centrally located and serves as an ideal landing spot for a southern Rhode Island getaway. You have the option to take the bike path to many beaches and Narragansett Pier or walk two blocks to Main Street Wakefield for a morning coffee at Caf Bar, Phils or South Country Bread Company and post beach ice cream at Brickley's.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. Lovely lakeside cottage with open floor plan. Centrally located in southeastern Massachusetts with short drives to Boston, Providence, Newport, and Cape Cod. Several beaches within 20 minutes. Washer/ Dryer on site and California King Size bed. A simple five (5) minute ride to UMass Dartmouth. Cottage has a living room, full kitchen, bedroom, full bath, and small dining area.

Spacious, unique barn with beautiful views.

Our barn is in a large field on lot next to our home. Our rental area is upstairs which offers beautiful views of our field and the visiting deer. The eclectic decor is accumulated from years of activism. Our guest room and bathroom are newly renovated. It is a quiet and peaceful area near two state parks. We operate a mail order business in the downstairs area but will not be working while guests are staying with us.
