t is a home away from home for 2-7 days stay in historical Buck Springs Division. Family picnic area, playground, nature trails, pier fishing and/or charter fishing on the Roanoke river. Imagine sipping lemonade on the long front porch, watching the moon rise and/or the sun setting on Lake Gaston. Start a fire in the fire pit, put fresh fish catch and fresh vegetables on the grill, while watching a movie using the screen and projector. HOT TUB ADDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $ 25 per day.

Slow down at our cozy 3 BR-2 Bath lake home, tucked back in the woods with a quiet view of the cove. Lots of deck space to relax and enjoy nature. If you are feeling more adventurous; Paddle on the lake, play cornhole, or hike on our private trails. And speaking of hiking, we said “take a hike” to cleaning fees (who likes those?), And check-in/checkout times; ours are so flexible they practically do yoga. Stress-free? Absolutely. Stay connected with WiFi, or just cozy up with a book or a game. Wildlife abounds on this woodland plant farm. Approximately 15 minutes from downtown Blackstone and Ft. Pickett, this is the perfect place to get away!

If you love golf , no problem..the property is part of a country club with a 9 hole golf course (daily fees apply). If you like tennis, tennis courts are also available for a daily fee.

There are 2 single kayaks, and firepit.. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. In season, there is an herb garden for guest use. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..
