Full kitchen (pans, dishes, oven/stove, fridge, coffee/tea bar) and living area, two bedrooms with queen size beds, futon, bathroom, and a separate private entrance for you (lower level- one flight of steps).

This Historic District upstairs apartment is in the heart of downtown Niles. The 19-mile IN+MI River Valley Trail passes 2 blocks west along the St. Joseph River.
