Outside has rear patio and large Garden area. The fully enclosed Hot Tub (summer house) additional £40 fee on arrival - Special offer book of 2+ days (Oct25 to Dec25) = free hot tub. A stand-alone, single level contemporary property in a garden setting built in 2016. Located in a peaceful rural area, 6 miles north of Derby or 12 miles to the west of Nottingham, the property is ideal for two people however it can accommodate up to four sleeping. It benefits from a large off road parking area for multiple vehicles if you and your party are travelling separately. Large enough to accommodate a motor home or caravan should this option be required.
