Great Place to stay!

We had a great time! It is a beautiful property! They had all the essentials in the house, which we really appreciated. She was quick to respond to anything we needed. We had so fun making fires and playing in the water. We also loved that we could bring our pup with us. 10/10 🎉🙂

The views from this place were absolutely stunning. I probably have 200 pictures of the same view because I couldn’t get enough of it. The lake is so big it feels like you’re on a great lake almost. super cozy. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. How to travel a bit to eat anywhere decent but it’s totally worth it for this house!!

Christian and Jaki were very communicative and made us feel at home right at check in with a nice welcome basket for us and our dogs! The home felt so comfy, like you’ve been there many times before. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to stay in and cook. We loved the proximity to Sioux Falls, but mostly enjoyed spending time on the back porch and by the water. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back. Great hosts, great place. It was beautiful!

Place was what we thought it would be, met our expectations and fit what we were there for. I’d recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again!

Once again we had a wonderful stay at Pickerel Lake. Penny and Al are wonderful hosts and we appreciate all the little extras they provide to make our stay a great experience.

My wife and I booked this house for a week and loved it so much that we extended for an additional week! Beautiful home and a wonderful host!

So cute! My kids loved it too. Big upstairs loft ,with a nice bathroom . 4 Beds upstairs and 2 downstairs. Spacious living room. You open the door, you are looking right at the beautiful water. The dock is perfect for fishing and enjoying the day. The space was clean and ready. We had a great time. thank you ! 🫶

We had a group of 4 here for ice fishing and the house was great for all of us. Very cleand modern house and amenities. I love taking hot showers and these showers are pretty awesome. Kitchen, party area, and bedrooms/bathrooms are all great. Would recommend a stay here.

I will go back to this place.. it is exactly what I wanted for a place to relax and feel peaceful and calm.. Everything was wonderful including the weather☀️

Beautiful and quiet! Plenty of room for our large family to be comfortable. The house is clean and lovely. We chose this location based on the proximity to DeSmet, SD because we wanted to take a trip to the Ingalls Homestead. Robin was very welcoming and helpful. The property is secluded, but it has all the amenities of home. We loved how close it was to the lake. Next time we will take a longer trip to enjoy the area more!

Very spacious home. We had a party of 16 it was very spacious and lots of room outdoors as well.

We had an amazing stay!! The house had plenty of space for 6 adults and three kids. My kids loved the beach, pool table and air hockey table. The water view was amazing. The master suite area was huge! We booked this very last minute and Gail was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!
