Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

Enjoy the walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and then get a soothing night sleep on the top of the line mattress produced by Nectar. Don't worry about parking, you have your own covered spot feet from the front door. Or if you feel like relaxing after a day exploring, stay in and relax, room to spread out. Fully equiped kitchen and laundry make longer stays much more comfortable. Very close to Monument Arena, SDSMT, and all of down town.

Additional cots available. There is a listing for a hot tub but actually it is a Jacuzzi because there is no Jacuzzi explanation in the Airbnb details. Cell phone hook up to WIFI; 5G Internet.
