It has its own gate and pretty, secluded garden area and patio for morning coffee with the birds. With free (on road) parking and good food at the village pub, it's perfect for exploring nearby Cambridge or Duxford Air Show accommodation.

Easy striking distance of Cambridge, Peterborough and Bedford for business and Burghley House/Horse Trials, Duxford Imperial War Museum, National Trust properties and a 6-minute drive from Grafham Water Sailing Club for pleasure. Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. We hope you will too, when you stay.

Guest annex in a quiet village close to Cambridge

Detached guest flat located in a quiet village 7 miles or 11 Km - 20 mins by car - from Cambridge city centre. Best suited for two adults on the comfortable double bed and up to two children on the bunk beds. It has an en-suite shower room as well as a mini fridge. We do not serve breakfast but coffee and tea and a few more essentials such as milk, bread, butter, jams orange juice and cereals are provided on arrival. The village is surrounded by open countryside.
