This is a charming flint cottage in a gorgeous rural setting. This period detached property offers relaxed, comfortable accommodation with unique character. Perfect for weekend getways or working trips. The property is situated with the grounds of a larger house backing onto meadows with sheep grazing and uninterrupted views of Suffolk countryside. The main living area is open plan with a lovely modern kitchen with table and chairs for eating at. A large leather sofa for relaxing and unwinding looking out onto your own private courtyard. In the bedroom a sumptuous king size bed to snuggle into at night and a delightfully quirky en-suite bathroom await you. In the morning enjoy a breakfast of delicious eggs laid by my chickens as I will leave breakfast essentials for you.

Placed on a no through road directly leading to the river tow path into the city making it perfect for cyclists. We are on the door step for Cambridge city, Science & Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, Milton Country Park & walks along the River Cam. Free parking. We are located in the quiet conservation Village of Landbeach just North of the City of Cambridge, and just 3.7 miles from the renowned Cambridge Science Park & Business Park offering excellent links to M11, A14 (A1) and the A10 The City of Ely is 11 miles up the A10 The Park & Ride is 1.5miles away offering frequent busses into the city centre. There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.
