We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

River House is across from the Winooski Falls and is part of Burlington's historic mill neighborhood. It's a 10 minute walk to the Winooski Circle which is full of restaurants and activity. Downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain are a 10 min (2 mile) drive away. This unique, arty tiny house features hardwood floors, a small kitchen and bathroom, and a shared outdoor space. There is a queen bed upstairs in the loft and a full sized couch downstairs which can be made up for sleeping.

A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!

This beautiful apartment is a must stay! Centrally located in South Burlington making it easily accessible to UVM, Shelburne Rd., I-89, and Downtown Burlington. Large windows in the space provide a lot of natural light exposure. It is the perfect setting to enjoy your relaxing vacation or business trip.
