For this trip, it was my husband and I and our 2 kids (18 & 21). Kyle's airbnb is in a perfect location right on the St. Joseph's River. It is beautiful and peaceful. The in-ground pool is a lovely perk and he has a dock to hang out on or go fishing. My husband and son loved fishing and hanging out on the dock. Kyle and his wife are friendly and so are the neighbors. The second floor apartment is above a garage and is 1 bedroom with beds all in the same room. There is a second bathroom with a shower as well as a sitting room with a larger TV and kitchen space downstairs which is nice if you need more space. We had problems while there with the internet. Kyle did check into it and tried to fix it, however it didn't work well the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with thoughtful extras that made traveling even easier. The host was incredibly friendly and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the fenced-in yard, which was perfect for our dog. We truly appreciated all the little details that made this stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Came for an ND game and it was the perfect space for two couples! Appreciated that the host had provided the little things - moisturizer, extra chargers, etc. It’s also 1 block from No. 6 restaurant, which was great.

Great place to hide away during the amped up atmosphere of ND Football weekend in and around campus. Within the 20 min range of ND, either via the city or around the scenic outskirts. Easy enough to park on campus for “free” on Friday and for $30 or so at SMC or other surrounding lot, so a win-win with these accommodations and proximity. Welcoming hosts that wanted to make sure we were comfortable with everything we needed. Comfy wooded cottage with four big beds in a big wooded property with flowing pond fountains. And really the main house was really the star and happy to shack up alongside it; adorably architected with stone arches and Tudor flair. Definitely on the short list for future ND weekends.

It felt great staying at this place. I think the water boiler was not quite functional during our stay, but they immediately offered a solution. We personally felt that we were okay with semi warm shower and did not want the owner to come in to fix the issue, but that's just us. Can't blame the owner for a broken water boiler. Overall, a great place for a great price.

Exactly how it was described. perfect for the weekend, walkable to many restaurants and ND. super clean and comfortable.

Great Airbnb! Gail is a wonderful host. She and her husband Greg went above and beyond what is expected from an Airbnb. The house was super clean, stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bath, and it had comfy furniture. Gail and Greg were so accommodating and responsive. We needed batteries for the tv remote, Greg was changing the remote batteries within minutes of me sending a message to Gail. A very nice touch was found in the fridge. There were a dozen eggs, a large package of sausage, English muffins , butter, a coffee cake, bottles of water, oj, and candy. It was a wonderful 2 days and to top it off Gail and Greg showed us around the nearby casino. It felt like we were staying with old friends.

Robyn was a wonderful and helpful host. Highly recommend.

A gem of a place! Clean and comfortable home, great location, with a hot tub and fire pit that created a relaxing getaway. Owen is responsive and provides everything you could possibly need for a weekend of nature, hiking, beaching and relaxing. This is a guest home on the second floor of another home, but no one was there the whole weekend, so it felt very private.

Ideally situated "home base" for a Notre Dame football weekend. Niles stores and coffee shops 7-8 minutes away and campus only a short drive. Good communication from owner. Will rent again

Anna is great. Very helpful, responsive and welcoming. The Barn is super comfortable and plenty of space in the loft. The breakfast nook is very cute. Great location, super close to Notre Dame as well as supermarket and shopping. Would highly recommned.

Very nice and clean place. Comfortable bed with high quality pillows. Very cozy stay.

Extremely impressive and gorgeous property right along the river. The amenities were wonderful, and it was a peaceful get away.

We used Eilynn’s place for graduation weekend at Notre Dame when our first airbnb host unexpectedly canceled on us. Eilynn was extremely responsive- i had asked if there was an iron and ironing board available and she immediately arranged for a brand new one which was waiting for us. She made sure there was plenty of water bottles available for us and her place is as advertised- very clean and quiet.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this Air B&B in Bremen, Indiana! We stayed here while passing through on a road trip. The house itself is clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, the beds were comfortable and pillows were great. Downstairs, there plenty of space for games and activities, or just hanging out on the couch. The host was fantastic and super responsive.

It was such a lovely stay!! It was very quiet and peaceful, highly recommend to unwind.
