From your private garden atop our hill you’re surrounded by sea, Holy Isle & Goatfell mountain. Aurora visits in Winter, as do wild deer, red squirrels & birds of prey in surrounding fields. You’ll have a full kitchen, a wood-burner, a funky games room, parking, walkable pub/cafe/restaurant, just 2 mins from the shore!

The Ayrshire Loft at Cloncaird Castle

The Loft is a stylish space, an open plan living area welcomes you with underfloor heating, comfy seating. In the kitchen, a breakfast bar, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. A dining area and wet room located on the ground floor with shower, basin and WC. A spiral staircase takes you to the mezzanine floor, super king size bed, the finest linens and atmospheric beams. The burn flows outside, the ultimate cosy and romantic couples retreat in the Scottish countryside.

Luxury 'Meadow' Yurt

'Meadow' is in its own private garden overlooking our wildflower meadow. Great for couples / young families with a double bed and sofa bed within the yurt. It boasts a cozy woodburner and its wonderful open roof to watch sky. The private bathroom, compost loo, kitchen & patio provide home comforts. Max 2 small dogs. This is a farm: dogs to be kept on leads at all times outside. Our chickens & goats wander around the farm. Extras for your stay are available to purchase through the website.

Cuilabhaila, Arran: sea front with stunning views

Cuilabhaila, (‘Coola valla’) is Gaelic for "edge of the village", and is ideally located on the beach front in Lamlash. Built in 1896 the house offers spacious Victorian rooms with high ceilings, and original features. Warm yourself by the log stove after a swim, or sit in the conservatory to watch the seals. The large private back garden is ideal for relaxing but for the more energetic the house is within easy walking distance of the golf course, restaurants and the pier for an ice-cream.

Wee Lyon Cottage sleeps 4, dog friendly (no lions)

Enjoy your own place in the country. Situated on a private lane Wee Lyon Cottage has its own cottage garden for you to enjoy. Inside the cottage is cosy with two bedrooms, a cosy sitting/dining room, fully equipped kitchen and large shower room. WiFi and TV. Ideal location to explore South West Scotland. Walking, cycling, water sports. Historic castles, gardens, quiet trails. Sandy beaches,pebble beaches, rolling hills and gentle trails with local tales. Quality local food and drinks.

Signal Box

The Signal Box is a cosy retreat to switch off in nature. On the edge of Galloway Forest Park and within the UNESCO Biosphere, it’s surrounded by wildlife. Culzean Castle and Country Park is a 40-min drive. Nearby, wild swimming is available at Girvan Beach, Galloway Forest Park, and the Water of Minnoch in Glen Trool. Galloway Forest highlights include scenic trails, Bruce’s Stone, and the Red Deer Range. On the edge of the Dark Sky Park, it’s perfect for stargazing.

Kyle Lodge at The Old Church, secluded retreat

Kyle Lodge is our new one bed lodge set in the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church (which sleeps 12). It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The secluded and sheltered covered decking area with woodburner allows you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

Wee Bothy at Carnell Estates

Dog-friendly, the Wee Bothy is within the gardens of a 2000 acre working estate in open countryside yet only 10 mins to Kilmarnock, 15 mins to Ayr & Troon and 30 mins from Glasgow. Quietly located by the potting sheds, alongside the walled garden, the cottage is cosy and is set up for every eventuality and is a home away from home if you're here to work.

Luxury, Private Lodge with King Bed

Oak View Lodge is the perfect little retreat lodge to get away from it all and relax. It is situated within its own private acre of mature garden grounds on the fringes of the South Ayrshire town of Ayr/Maybole. We’ve had many people stay in the lodge for weeks at a time. It’s spacious and well equipped, so it’s not just a 2-nighter get-away place.

The Bungalow, Cargilston, is a contemporary 2-bedroom detached residence nestled within walking distance of Maybole town. Set amidst picturesque countryside, our accommodation offers a tranquil location while being conveniently close to notable attractions such as Trump Turnberry Golf Resort, Culzean Castle, and Burns Country.

Rosebank Cottage is tucked away in a quiet street within one of Ayr’s most prestigious areas. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach, town centre and train station. In addition we are in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Perfectly situated to enjoy the Ayrshire coast and all it has to offer.

Silverbank, Whiting Bay

Silverbank, built by Captain Patterson in 1770 has been fully refurbished over the past two years. It commands a prominent position in the town of Whiting Bay with its long sweeping lawn to the front. A newly installed deck to the front and 7 person hot tub has recently been installed May ‘24.
