I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Had 2BHK with clean rooms. AC in both rooms. Kitchen utility available, Clean bathroom. Near by Carmona beach to hang out. Also grocery store, restaurant are near by the residence. Parking available for bike and car. The host is very friendly and responsive. Overall a great ambiance place to stay in South goa.

I spent a week at Mirza sahb’s place and i completely loved it! The place had a nice rooftop to enjoy the beachview from a distance. The apartment was clean and Mirza sahb was very accommodating. He let me be in the place late till my flight in the evening. I would love to stay there again.

A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. The apartment is absolutely beautiful,airy and bright and lovely terrace as well. Definitely one of the best hosts and places to stay. Absolutely recommended.

Mr Vilas has been an amazing host. He was responsive to our queries right from booking. He helped us with the bookings of all the local activities. The place is clean and has an easy access to Beach at a walking distance and is quite peaceful. We were just so happy to be here.

Great stay! The tiny house was clean, modern, and perfectly located — just a short walk to the beach and the popular sunset point where you’ll find plenty of vendors, snacks, and drinks in the evening. It’s close enough to the center to be convenient, but far enough to stay peaceful and away from the big crowds. Loved the balance of calm and accessibility.

We had a good overall experience during our stay at this property. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach, which made our trip enjoyable and convenient. The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and met our expectations. However, one downside is the limited availability of restaurants and marketplaces nearby. This meant fewer dining and shopping options within close proximity, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach and don’t mind fewer amenities nearby, this place is a great choice.

The place is right on the beach front as mentioned and very easy to find. The beach itself is very secluded and will feel like a private beach. Although Alleppey is 25Kms away, it is a straight road from here and you should reach there very quickly; you will also find lots of calm serene beaches along the way. The property has 2 seperate rooms, each can host upto 5 people. There are separate mattresses provided as well. The patio and kitchen is common, and there is a caretaker on the property who will assist you. There is a seperate 500₹ fee to use the gas incase you want to cook something for yourself. In our case, the host was kind enough to let it slide since one of the room's AC broke down (not anyone's fault obviously). He also tried to get the AC fixed on the same day. Overall you will not be disappointed if you book this stay, extremely serene and calm.

Himanshu is an exceptional host. Here's what I liked about the place: Location: the location of the property is lovely as the terrace gives you beach view and the beach is literally just 2 minutes walking distance from here. It's peaceful, and we loved going to the beach for a walk in the evening. It's also very safe. Property: all the bedrooms are similar and kept very neat and tidy. The hygiene is taken care of, and the rooms facing the beach are super breezy! The interiors are well done too. The pool is a decent size for 15 to 20 people. There's also ample parking for upto 6 cars. The staff: the staff is hospitable and professional. They gave us our privacy but were available round the clock for anything that we needed help with. The food: We had opted for inhouse meals, and the food was delicious. I think, this is the only family friendly villa so close to the beach, and totally worth the money. 10/10 experience!

A perfect place to stay just outside the busy centre of arugam bay. A bit far to walk but easy in a tuk tuk or a rental car to the many surf spots or the centre. The house is beautiful and peaceful with areas to relax on the ground floor with friends. The highlight of the booking and what really makes it worth the money is Mita - a local friend of Nicola’s who looks after the property during the day and, if you ask nicely, can help you with anything you need. He made us an amazing bbq in one of the evenings and prepared the best breakfasts for the group every morning. Thank you Nicola and Mita! We will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely loved my stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips that made our trip even better. One of the best parts was its location—just a short walk from the sea beach, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunrises every morning. The area was peaceful and quiet at night, yet close to everything we needed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. Had a wonderful stay at the location. Do not go by the exterior of the building, the Actual property has been maintained very well and is clean and spacious. We were a family of 5 and had more than enough space , they have 2 bedrooms and a Sofa cum bead to accommodate the guests. Right on the beach and you can even walk up to the fort in low tides. There is a caretaker who is always available and very helpful. Deepak the host is very proactive and the communication is very clear.

I had a great stay at this place. The host, Harry, was very helpful and always available to assist. Checking in was easy and the apartment was clean. The best part is that the apartment is right in front of the sea! It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Sid's place looks even better in person than in the pictures. The bed and bath linen used is the best I've experienced in Airbnbs. His housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Sid was always responsive to any queries we reached him for. The amenities inside the house are provided thoughtfully. The view from the balconies is super peaceful and green and all of us enjoyed spending time relaxing there. The property overall is friendly, has a good pool with a bar and music that's functional through the day. There is even an in-house restaurant that delivers room service to the flat. The beach is very clean, and within walking distance and we found some good restaurants that operate near the beach, especially Chris' Goan Ambrosia that serves authentic Goan food apart from multi cuisine. The house is spacious and very beautiful. Perfect for a family or a couple of small families, or groups. We had a fantastic time. Definitely coming back here !
