Une construction bois, chaleureuse et confortable pour 4 pers avec 2 couchages dont 1 lit en 160 et un lit cabane perchée en 140 pour un joyeux retour en enfance! A l'extérieur vous apprécierez la terrasse ombragée, sans vis à vis, donnant sur des chênes, un petit passage aimé de nos amis les biches à la nuit tombée...

Small new apartment of about 30 m² located 12 minutes from Hourtin Plage and Lake Hourtin-Carcans, 26 minutes from Pauillac and its estuary, including 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed 2 places, corner Kitchen, living room with TV and free wifi. Sheets and blankets provided as well as towels. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, bench, and 2 sun loungers, electric barbecue, closed parking on the property.

"La Cabane" is made up of panels of Douglas fir and fully sliding Plexiglas, adapting to your desires. Its patio will allow you to enjoy the view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. The small kitchen and the annex will give you full autonomy for your meals. The hundred percent sliding walls live to the rhythm of the weather and the wood; an atypical experience, in the heart of the Charente countryside!

Chalet 4 pers. with shared swimming pool

Chalet of 28 m ² certified two stars, understanding(including) a cooking / room to be eaten of 22 m ², room with bed of 140, room of bath-toilets as well as a mezzanine of 12 m ² with two beds of 90 and a terrace of 20 m ² understanding a garden table, deckchairs, a plancha. The swimming pool of the owners is in free access as well as a petanque field, an outside table-tennis table, a gantry and a barbecue.

Enjoy a pleasant stay in this lovely studio with terrace at "Les bambous", ideally situated in a natural environment, near the lake (2km), the shops (4km) and the ocean (9km). It offers all comfort for 2 guests with a bright living area with 2 comfortable beds of 90x200 cm, a sofa, a kitchenette and a spacious shower room. The terrace of 20m2 allows you to enjoy the environment, to relax and dine outdoors.

La petite maison

Chalet de 46 m2, avec jardin clos, dans un quartier calme en bordure de forêt, à proximité du bourg, du lac, de la piste cyclable et quelques km de l océan. Tout est mis en œuvre pour votre confort. Je vous propose le repas du soir, le petit déjeuner ou un brunch dans ma véranda où j’ai créé un espace convivial dédié à mes voyageurs.(Tarifs affichés dans la petite maison). »

Située dans une résidence très calme, à proximité de l'océan (3km), du lac (7km) et du centre ville (5km), vous disposerez de vélos pour effectuer vos déplacements. Logement idéal pour passer un weekend ou une semaine en pleine nature.

Cet agréable studio face à la forêt se situe entre lac et océan. Idéal pour un court ou long séjour, vous serez accueillis de façon chaleureuse. Petit coin de paradis pour prendre un bol d'air !!! Le studio est sur notre propriété mais il est totalement autonome et indépendant.
