Une construction bois, chaleureuse et confortable pour 4 pers avec 2 couchages dont 1 lit en 160 et un lit cabane perchée en 140 pour un joyeux retour en enfance! A l'extérieur vous apprécierez la terrasse ombragée, sans vis à vis, donnant sur des chênes, un petit passage aimé de nos amis les biches à la nuit tombée...

Le lodge se situe sur un grand terrain boisé de plus de 2 hectares. La structure est à 3 m de haut, accesible par un escalier, il fait 30 m2 intérieur et 25 m2 de terrasse partiellement abritée. Chauffage. 22m² en parquet avec lit double 140x190, coin repas (micro onde, cafetière et réfrigérateur), salle d'eau avec douche, WC, lavabo et linge de maison. (N'est pas adapté pour 2 travailleurs qui ne dorment pas ensemble et veulent cuisiner ainsi qu'aux enfants et bébés) 1 place de parking fermée à l'entrée pour voiture.

Sheets and blankets provided as well as towels. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, bench, and 2 sun loungers, electric barbecue, closed parking on the property.

Studio de 14m² centre de Soulac, proche du marché, et à 400m de la plage centrale. Le logement est neuf. Très petit mais fonctionnel, il y a le nécessaire pour un séjour de vacances. Banquette confortable king size 160cm. Les draps et torchons sont fournis mais PAS les serviettes de toilettes. NOUS N'ACCEPTONS PLUS LES VOYAGEURS A VÉLO QUI DÉSIRENT LES RENTRER. nous pratiquons l'entrée et sortie autonome.

The terrace of 20m2 allows you to enjoy the environment, to relax and dine outdoors.

Chalet de 46 m2, avec jardin clos, dans un quartier calme en bordure de forêt, à proximité du bourg, du lac, de la piste cyclable et quelques km de l océan. Tout est mis en œuvre pour votre confort. Au calme, à la campagne, à 10 minutes du centre ville de Saintes, nous vous accueillons sur une propriété fermée avec parking privé, au sein d'un studio très fonctionnel. Une terrasse contiguë vous permet de déjeuner au soleil tout en profitant d'une vue sur le parc arboré avec les moutons d'Ouessant et les poules .
