Marina has been an excellent host—responsive, attentive, and always willing to assist with our needs and questions. This has been especially helpful as we are tourists navigating a new environment. The accommodation is exactly as described: clean, well-maintained, and situated in a prime location within walking distance to everything. It’s truly a vibrant and convenient spot.

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was cozy, new and clean. The location couldn’t have been better! We appreciated the chess game and guide books. It was the perfect place for our stay.

Lovely spot in Cannaregio which is a more quiet and local area of Venice. A main level apartment that was clean and very nice inside. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Venice!

Le logement est conforme à la description. Très pratique dû à sa localisation et à tout le matériel fournit (serviettes, draps etc). La communication avec Lucia est top, ce permet de bien préparer notre arrivée et notre départ. Merci pour tout :)

Excellent séjour! La maison avec son jardin sont un havre de paix à proximité de tous les points touristiques de Venise. L’accueil a été très sympathique, les conseils très utiles. Hôte très réactif et disponible. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Très bel appartement avec vue imprenable sur un canal et sur un pont. L’appartement était très propre et les lits très confortables. Le petit salon était très agréable pour lire assis à côté du canal et voir passer des embarcations. Quartier calme et paisible avec de nombreux restaurants et une bonne pâtisserie à 5 min à pied. Il y a divers parcs à proximité. L’arrêt du vaporetto était à 1 min. Très grand et beau Museo storico navale à côté. Je recommande vivement l’appartement et l’emplacement. Piazza San Marco était à 15 min à pied. Nous reviendrons 😁 !

Tolle Location mit Pool & Außengrill, leise und uneinsehbar. Sehr netter Kontakt, hat immer schnell reagiert u. alles super organisiert. Ich kann diese Destinatation und den Kontakt mit Michele nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Zur Verfügung stand auch ein Golfcar, zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder zum Strand auf der Insel. Wir waren zu Ende der Hauptsaison (Ende September) auf der Insel, da hatten leider schon das eine oder andere Geschäft zu. Meiner Frau u. mir fehlte allerdings eine Außendusche im Außen-/Poolbereich.

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen da wir schon öfters auf der Insel waren war das die zweit beste👍. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und alles was wir brauchten war da. Albarella haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen und werden es immer wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank 💕💕

Tolles Haus, sehr netter Vermieter. Das Haus liegt sehr schön direkt am Wasser. Toll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter hat uns sogar dickere Bettwäsche bestellt, als die Temperaturen nicht gut waren. Wir kommen bestimmt gerne nochmals. Vielen Dank.

We stayed here for a week and had a lovely relaxing holiday. Nadia was the perfect host, left us an unexpected welcome package when we arrived and provided lots of information on excursions and places to see in the area. The house was just right for us as a family of 5 and we really enjoyed the pool.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schönes Haus und Garten. Alles wie beschrieben und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

Excellent apartment with everything you might need. The inner courtyard is very cozy and perfect for enjoying calm, fresh air. Giacomo is a super host - he accommodated our special request even though it wasn’t previously agreed upon, was very pleasant to communicate with, and provided all the necessary instructions.

Fantastico! Cura al dettaglio incredibile, gentilezza e disponibilità di Giovanni e Marta. La canina super simpatica ha fatto amicizia con il nostro Hope e la zona dietro la superstrada è comunque super silenziosa, tranquilla e veramente molto curata. Il giardino e il parcheggio sono stati quel plus che ci ha fatto scegliere questo alloggio. Non potevamo scegliere di meglio. Prima sera abbiamo scelto di farci arrivare un delivery, mentre la seconda sera abbiamo preferito cucinare a casa dato la presenza di tutti i comfort proposti dall’appartamento. Davvero ottima esperienza paragonata al prezzo e alla vicinanza dal centro!!!

Fabrizio is very countable flat host, from booking water taxi to assist solving every problem we encountered. We enjoyed our stay in his flat, the location is great that we could avoid crowded tourists yet easily visit every place we wanted to go. Though his flat doesn’t have an elevator, it’s common in Venice, we had very heavy luggages due to our long trip, however we managed it. We love to choose his flat for our next visit in Venice!

The place is very quiet and peaceful. Everything is great. No walkable restaurants though, but this is not problem

As a family of 6 traveling, this home was perfect for us. We enjoyed it being away from the tourist area and the loudness. Cristina was an excellent host, helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed the peace and quiet after a long day around town and the local restaurants were wonderful. Everyone was very friendly. This home is close for airport transportation which was a huge benefit. Would recommend and stay at again.

Le logement est dans un coin calme de Venise, ce qui est très appréciable après une journée de visite. Il est proche du vaporetto, même si celui-ci est obligatoire pour accéder à l'île, proche de commerces, de restaurants agréables et raisonnables. La cuisine est bien équipée, la salle de bain propre et Esther a tout prévu : condiments, huile, café, thé, tisanes, petits consommables et même trousse de secours, savons, shampoings, crème solaire et même bottes et parapluie ! Un petit bémol sur la terrasse qui donne sur la rue et n'est utilisable que si on accepte que les passants nous regardent.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

The place is spacious, it is very well equipped, ideal for a suburban vacation close to Venice and Padua.
