Had a great stay in Venice at Mario's apartment. Would definitely come back!

Jenny’s place is a charming Venetian home that is a walking distance to major attractions (about 10 mins) but does not get noisy since it’s on a quiet street. There’s a supermarket about 2. Mins away from the home so you can get any grocery stuff. Felt nice to have the 2nd bathroom for a small house like this so it made our daily stuff go faster when you’re a family of 4. Dryer in the apartment was a super bonus for us since in prior Italian places we didn’t have a dryer and had to air dry the clothes for over a day in April. Jenny was also very helpful and understanding that we needed the home for a few extra hours after checkout time due to a later flight and she let us use the time complimentary since she didn’t have another guest coming after us. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I’d recommend to anyone.

Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, accoglienti e ben riscaldati. La posizione è comoda sia per le spiagge che per il centro di Chioggia. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano e le scale di accesso sono "impegnative" se si ha un grosso bagaglio. Le biciclette fornite permettono di spostarsi con facilità. Nelle vicinanze ci sono alcune aree di parcheggio a pagamento, 5-8-12 € al giorno in bassa stagione. Le istruzioni fornite permettono di trovare l'appartamento con facilità.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Pros: beautiful views from so many windows overlooking the canal. Great location within walking distance of everything you’d want to do. Plenty of coffee and toiletries. Great guidebook. Clean and comfortable. Cons: (this is a first for me, so I apologize, but feel it necessary to mention for future travelers) We were informed by Illaria at check in that in April the heat and AC are not available. This was problematic because we were so so hot at night trying to sleep, and opening the windows wasn’t an option because the smell of the canal at times can be bad, and the mosquitoes really love our son. He was covered with bites at night without even ever opening the windows. I don’t think this is a problem specific to the apt, but more so the canal. Also, there are 2 WiFi’s depending on where in the apt you are. When you leave a room you have to resign in. Not a problem for us, but if you’re planning to work the WiFi isn’t reliable. 5star overall

Un très bel appartement dans un quartier agréable au calme pas très loin du centre historique de Venise. Idéal pour 6 personnes.

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! Huge thanks to Davide and his parents for helping us out after we got our dates muddled. Pellestrina was one of the highlights of our trip across Italy, thanks again!

Die Unterkunft ist 1:1 wie auf den Fotos. Nica mit Familie waren sehr freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit! Man kann sogar Fahrräder von ihnen benutzen. Nica war stets bemüht,das es uns gut geht und es einen schönen Aufenthalt wird. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder mal nach Chiogga

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

Es ist ein charmantes kleines Haus. Sehr schön gelegen. Ein Bäcker ist direkt nebenan. In 15Min. ist man in Chioggia zu Fuß. Quasi vor der Haustür kann man mit "Raffaelo" nach Venedig per Schiff oder Busse auch direkt da. Cristian hat uns kostenlos folgendes zur Verfügung gestellt: Cola, Kaffee, Nudeln, Öl, verpackte Crossaints, Kekse, 1x Tomatensoße, Wein, Handtücher, Klopapier, Handtücher und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt 2 Fernseher mit Netflix und Prime. Leider ist das Internet nicht so gut, aber das war es auch an "negativem". Cristian war immer leicht erreichbar. Meine Kinder haben leider etwas beschädigt, aber Cristian war weder sauer noch wollte er Geld. Ich hoffe er war mit uns genauso zufrieden wie wir mit ihm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danke nochmal für den Parkplatz und die Möglichkeit erst am Abend auszuchecken statt in der Früh. Die Lage ist wirklich toll dort. Man hat seine Ruhe, ist aber sehr zentral.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Tolle Wohnung und super eingerichtet. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Wir waren zufrieden und Elena antwortete schnell und sehr hilfreich.

L’appartamento è ristrutturato, molto pulito, curato nei minimi dettagli e fornito di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, poco distante dalle spiagge di Sottomarina e dal centro storico di Chioggia. In vicinanza vari bar e supermercati. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa!

Schönes Haus und Garten. Alles wie beschrieben und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

Ottima esperienza, è stato un pacere soggiornare da Isabelle! La zona è ottima sia per chi desidera spostarsi verso Venezia (imbarco a 5 minuti) sia per chi desidera andare al mare (5 minuti e c'è la spiaggia). Appartamento molto ampio, pulitissimo, tranquillo e confortevole. Ottima esperienza davvero! Grazie Isabelle!

L alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione, e' in una posizione ottimale, comodissimo per uscire a piedi .Alice e' stata super disponibile, esaustiva, reattiva, sempre gentile , la ringraziamo moltissimo. Consigliamo il suo alloggio!

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be, and it certainly lived up to the great reviews we had seen online prior to our visit. Loredona was a very helpful host. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Quiet building with a grocery right around the corner.

чудова квартира з чудовим розташуванням. Громадський транспорт не далеко. Є багато магазинів поруч. Давіде швидко відповідав, допомагав.

Mi estancia en Venecia fue muy buena , nuestro anfitrión nos asesoró en todo momento, muy atento y siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. El Airbnb está limpio, las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, tiene una terraza donde puedes contemplar el mar y pasar un buen rato con tu familia, está muy bien ubicado . Hay transporte muy cerca . Me encanto, definitivamente regresaría a hospedarme ahí. Lo recomiendo .

Vorab möchte ich erwähnen, dass ich nicht häufig Bewertungen schreibe. Doch diesmal ist es mir sehr wichtig, da wir eine sehr gute Erfahrung gemacht haben&ich Stefania uneingeschränkt empfehle. Wir haben mit unseren Kindern (6&10) 1 Woche in Stefanias Wohnung verbracht. Stefania ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin, die immer schnell reagiert&uns bei allen Fragen&Anliegen sehr gut geholfen hat. Sie ist sehr herzlich&hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war hübscher&größer als auf den Fotos erkennbar. Außerdem ist der Zustand sehr gut, modern&sehr sauber. Ausgestattet ist es mit dem was man braucht. Ein eigener Parkplatz im Innenhof, 2 Balkone,Aufzug, sehr gute Klimaanlage (für Kälte&Wärme), gute Bettwäsche&weiche gut riechende Handtücher waren vorhanden. Waschmaschine bei Bedarf vorhanden. Die Strände in Sottomarina (3Min.zu Fuß), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,die Altstadt&Chioggia sind nah. Es fahren auch oft Busse. Die Parkhäuser& Restaurants sind günstig. Ausflugstipp: Botanischer Garten Porto Caleri.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Venise avec ma femme et notre fille de 15 mois. L’appartement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de la ville, parfait pour découvrir la magie de Venise à pied. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et vraiment gâtés tout au long de notre séjour. L’endroit est romantique à souhait, idéal pour un voyage en amoureux, tout en étant très confortable pour une petite famille. Je recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs et voyageuses cet hébergement exceptionnel !

Die Wohnung war absolut perfekt, sauber und ideal gelegen in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man ist in wenigen Schritten an der Lagune mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick, auch abends wunderschön. Mit Bus und Boot ist man schnell in Venedig und abends kehrt man nach dem Trubel in Venedig zurück an den ruhigen Lido. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß, warm und behaglich (wir waren zur kalten Jahreszeit dort) und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht Man kann das Auto vor dem Haus parken und es gibt sogar Fahrräder. Um die Ecke ist eine Pizzeria mit Take away Pizza und gegenüber ein Café/Bäckerei. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastgeber für diesen wunderschönen Aufenthalt!!!
