Dispone di tre stanze in tatami, una stanza con pavimento in legno, una lunga veranda engawa e una cucina tradizionale. L’originale pavimento in legno di pino è stato conservato con cura nel suo stato autentico. Le assi sono realizzate con un raro pino giapponese che non viene più utilizzato nel Giappone moderno, rendendo questo elemento particolarmente prezioso. Ogni stanza può diventare privata chiudendo le porte scorrevoli. La toilette è moderna, con scarico ad acqua e funzione washlet.
