Hoai’s space is a stylish, minimalist designed studio in a new building ideally located in the center of Quy Nhon. The listing photos accurately reflect the space, everything is new and works perfectly. Check in/out was a breeze as Hoai is super responsive and communicative. The space is located across the street from City Beach, the famous “surf bar 1” and numerous seafood restaurants. Also within a few hundred meters is a great coffee shop (Adiuvat) and an excellent Italian restaurant (Sisters Pizzeria and Tavern). Could not recommend highly enough.

We are a family of 8 adults and fit Kim's place perfectly. My aunts could not climb the stairs, luckily there was a spare mattress on the 1st floor. Around the hhouse are many local eateries and it 's walking distance from the beautiful beach. Kim also helped us to book the transport to Nhơn Lí. Everything is clean and well maintained.

My family spent almost 5 weeks in Roland's place. It is so wonderful. We didn't want to leave. The house is basic but it is enough because we are there for the nature. 4km of beautiful beach with fine sands and very very few people just right at the doorstep. Water is clean and clear. On the left there is a cliff that my son and his friend went for climbing and they love it. This house is situated in a fishing village with friendly local people. It is probably not easy if you don't speak some Vietnamese (I do) but other than that you can't get closer to the nature than this. We enjoy it so much that we are all sad to leave. We certainly want to go back here when we have time.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights here. We took a train to Tuy Hoa and our host helped arrange a taxi, which took about 50 minutes. The house is right on the beach and is so gorgeous waking up to the sound of the waves. Our host was so helpful in giving us local recommendations. We rented a scooter from the host as well, which was essential to get around, as it’s quite remote! We would recommend for a low key getaway in rural and coastal Vietnam!

Wow. Where do I start. We came on Valentine’s Day and he helped me prepare a wonderful dinner on the rooftop of the stay for me and my valentine. Extremely helpful, always responsive, couldn’t be better, stayed in room 301 , had an amazing view. Great room, great bathroom. Very worth the money. Walking distance to the owners restaurant as well as several others / coffee shops. Arranged moped rental and train station drop off with the owner as well without a hitch. Great place. Great host. Would recommend to anyone.

A wonderful place to stay in your vacation. Mr Đạt - the host is really supportive and kind, he even gave us a free meal hahaha. You should stay at this place when come to Quy Nhơn.

Great centrally located apartment in Quy Nhon! I stayed at Duyen’s listing very briefly and by chance. I had only intended to stay one night in Quy Nhon and had booked another room in the same building through Agoda. Duyen was very quick to respond to my request and overall a patient and understanding host. I can say with confidence that Duyen had the superior listing within the building. It was great to have use of the washing machine and the view is spectacular, allowing you to see both the beach and channel. If ever back in Quy Nhon I’d certainly attempt to book with her again. Thanks for having me!

I have travelled a lot and used airbnb for years but this apartment is my most favorite so far. This is a must stay place when you visit Qui Nhon. The apartment is super clean with modern Western minimalist design, the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook your own meal. I was impressed with the rice cooker that they have. They stock everything you need from the shampoo to laundry detergent, you feel like home when you stay here. The view is stunning that you can see the bay on the back and the ocean from the front. A plus for a very convenient location, down the street only couple blocks you will find a local street food Phan Boi Chau that can feed your whole family full of flavors for less than $10. If you want to experience the local seafood market for fresh seafood, it is to your left for only 10mins walk. You can even walk to the main street Xuan Dieu with lots of seafood restaurants and full of entertainments at night like the bars, coffee shops, night park, etc, LOVE

Nice comfortable place in a good location , close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and places. The host was quick to respond and solve any questions we had. Highly recommended.

Một host tận tâm. Quãng đường mình di chuyển đến rất xấu nên thời gian đến không như dự kiến. 11h30pm đã khuya nhưng anh Hiếu vẫn chờ ở sảnh. Cảm ơn anh! Chỗ nghỉ với vị trí thuận tiện, gần biển, anh ấy đã lựa chọn một căn phòng với giường 1m8 vỉ biết gia đình có em bé. Cảm ơn anh! All is nice and good. The apartment is really nice, clean and great view. We really have good day here. It’s worth to spend your holidays here.
