La casa è di 95 m2 non è consentito fumare casa senza animali domestici , arredata in modo moderno con 3 camere da letto , loft Bagno con spa e sauna. Cucina attrezzata con lavastoviglie. Splendida terrazza con vista mare dal divano angolare esterno. Terreno di 1200 m2 A 23 km dal grande parco acquatico , parchi del centro. A 200 metri dal grande parco giochi In casa sono presenti televisione, pacchetto TV con canali danesi e tedeschi, WiFi 5G

L'accogliente casa in legno, ristrutturata con cura, si trova in compagnia di altre 4 case in una posizione dolcemente collinare. A circa 500 metri di distanza si trova un piccolo villaggio turistico con circa 25 case, a 500 metri dall'altra parte c'è un campeggio dove è possibile ordinare panini freschi al mattino. L'ampia spiaggia naturale si trova a circa 200 m di distanza. Nel piccolo Belt si può fare molto bene il bagno e la pesca. C'è uno scivolo per le barche presso il campeggio. La proprietà è completamente recintata.

Non vediamo l'ora di darti il benvenuto nella nostra incantevole casa vacanze, che abbiamo rilevato nel novembre 2025 ❤️ La casa è immersa in un ambiente panoramico vicino alla spiaggia ed è perfetta per rilassarsi tutto l'anno. Goditi la vasca idromassaggio all'aperto, la spaziosa terrazza e l'accogliente zona giorno. La casa vacanze offre servizi moderni, una cucina ben attrezzata e un bellissimo giardino, ideale per la natura, le passeggiate sulla spiaggia e il relax in un ambiente privato.

Huset er nyrenoveret 2025. Min bolig ligger tæt på områdets absolut bedste børnevenlige badestrand. Fra terrassen er der udsigt over Vemmingbund fjord. Huset ligger i et roligt miljø med en lækker privat gårdhave, hvor der er plads til hele familien. Om sommeren er der lækkert ved stranden og i gårdhaven og om vinteren lækkert med ild i brændeovnen. Du vil elske min bolig på grund af omgivelserne og det udendørs område. Min bolig er god til par, forretningsrejsende og familier (med børn).
