Beautiful newly built self contained annexe close to NEC and BHX whilst still being set on the edge of Warwickshire Countryside. Excellent gastro pub within a few minutes walk and train station with free parking within striking distance with regular trains to NEC, Birmingham, Coventry and London. The property has a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed and a mezzanine for occasional use. Excellent bathroom facilities and kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. We’re about a 15 minute drive from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport too, making it a perfect location if you’re visiting for gigs, shows, shopping or need a stopover before a flight. We’re on hand if you need anything as the Lake House is a self contained annexe next to our home.
