Such a lovely stay! Great hosts and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Literally everything you could need and more at the house. Very cosy and felt like home. Will definitely stay again when visiting family!

Lovely cottage in ideal location. Although functional, the cottage was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We were attending a weekend function in the main building and the cottage was an ideal sanctuary of peace and tranquility and with the added bonus of a hot tub! Thoroughly recommended.

We had a lovely stay ! It has lots of space , and has everything you need. Log fire, hot tub , dining room and games ! Everything was super clean and tidy 😀. The garden is gated , however must keep dog on the lead , my dog is very bouncy as the path plants it meets half way down the picket fence. This was fine for us as we had a long lead so he could still mooch around the garden. There are lots of walks around , tranquil and quiet. there is around 20 minute walk to fillongly , local pub Manor house opens about 5 on a weekday which was very welcoming and dog friendly and playground for children. As it wasn't open when we initially reached there we tried the local social club , they were super welcoming and allowed dogs in with treats available. also park outside. We spent most of our time in the hot tub , which was perfect super hot and our girls just loved it. Joy left a perfect welcome pack and was responsive to everything ! overall a perfect stay for my husbands 40th .

A beautiful place and a wonderful break away for me in a really stresssful time. I needed a space that was private but safe and friendly with a sprinkle of special and this delivered 100%. I was met with such friendliness and kindness and felt at home yet away enough in equal measures. Everything is just right and i just felt able to relax, switch off and breathe, but in safety and privacy all at the same time. You really have got things just right 🙏🏻 Thanks so much for your hospitality and kindness. I'll be sure to return xx

Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Beautiful cottage, Sat Nav brought us straight to the location no problems! Cottage was beautiful, Wendy treated us with a bottle of wine & strawberries, 🍷 🍓 The children loved the hot tub and pool, very clean and private! Wendy directed us to nice places to eat! The breakfast in the farm was beautiful, also the roast dinners were delicious! Would definitely visit again! Thankyou Sian & John

We stayed here for our honeymoon. After a hectic time of wedding planning and celebrations, this little bit of calm was everything we needed! The owner met us when we arrived. He was so polite and helpful. The property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub is HUGE! With amazing views of the beautiful scenery, including the lovely horses 🥰 We had a visit from the very friendly cat too! We went for lunch at The Bull & Butcher down the road, the food is amazing (and they have donkeys/goats/guinea pigs 🥰), but mostly stayed at the property and either orderd takeaways (plenty of options on Uber eats) or cooked in the fully equipped kitchen as we didn't want to leave! Aldi is ten minutes away so we were able to stock up whenever we needed. Although the property is ten minutes from busy Coventry, the location is like stepping into another world of calm and beautiful views. We will definitely be back, perhaps for our anniversary 🥰

We had an amazing two-night stay at this property! The house was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Our host was fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. The location was also ideal, just a short drive from the NEC Birmingham, making it incredibly convenient for events. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

What a great location, easy walks up to the hills and trails around Hagley. Top tip: Nimmings cafe at the north end of the Clent Hills run by the National Trust; best bacon sandwich in the Black Country! Can't wait to stay again soon!

The Barn is perfect! We booked at the last minute and Victoria responded to us in less than an hour. We arrived to find everything we needed and more in The Barn. Victoria was so responsive and helpful. The Barn is such a lovely space, we felt right at home. We're very grateful to have stayed there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely comfortable cottage, dietary requirements taken into consideration for the complimentary welcome pack, lovely quiet rural location but also close to any shops you might need.

We just loved our 4 night stay in Jenny and Colin’s cottage. Compact but with everything you need for a comfy stay. Loved the quirkiness and character and great to have an outside spot for sunny mornings. Jenny and Colin were wonderful hosts. Very happy with our stay and definitely will do again next time we are in area. Thank you Sally & Alex

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has a homely feel and is decorated to a really high standard. The space is very well utilised and has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent. Lovely touches like leaving bits in the kitchen for us really added to the stay. Great location - 5 minutes from the Castle. Highly recommend.

Lisa’s place is very peaceful and welcoming. Spotlessly clean. Rustic and charming. Lisa was very helpful and communicative. We arrived late in the evening and Lisa welcomed us . We had a lovely home baked cake to welcome us and milk in the fridge so morning tea was sorted. The kitchen is well equipped and bathrooms are very clean. Very well maintained home. We will definitely use Lisa’s place again and will definitely recommend to others.

Amazing little place. Was very warm, cosy and in a great area. Would definitely recommend this place to someone who’s looking for a nice little getaway in a cosy place. Matt is an amazing host who was very responsive, friendly and helpful with all of our questions. Had a few issues with the lock on the door, but was resolved very quickly and easily. Don’t hesitate to book because you won’t regret it! 😊

My wife and I had a relaxing 4 night stay in this beautiful accommodation. You must go to Hillers farm shop and cafe. It's just a 5 minute drive away. There are some nice walks close by too. Jane was proactive and made us feel very much at home. Jane has a friendly but not intrusive character. She makes you feel like part of the family.

We loved The Stable and it was just less than a mile from our daughter's house, so a great location. Everything we needed was provided. Our only gripe was that we were too hot the first night, but we don't blame Rita for the weather....

Camilla's cottage in Bentley is a serene countryside retreat. The beautifully designed, spacious interior offers comfort and style, while the surrounding views of farmland and the local church enhance the peaceful atmosphere. Camilla was a welcoming and attentive host, making our stay truly special. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

It is a lovely cottage, really nice and well kept. I loved the beautiful garden view as well. It is a relaxing place, anyone too tired of their routine can come here and switch off. I loved my time there. Shame we had to leave a day sooner than planned. Lucy is a lovely hostess and kept in touch throughout accommodating all the changed I kept making in our dates. Really grateful. Happy customer.

Lovely clean, warm, well equipped and quiet location in a very friendly Warwickshire village. Debbie was a great host and also supplied us with fresh eggs for breakfast! Made very welcome by the local pub, flower shop and coffee shops. Saturday Farmer's Market was great too! Excellent location for local exploration - Edge Hill, Warwick and Warwick Castle, Stratford-on-Avon together with National Trust locations all within a 30 min drive. Cottage was ideal for 2 retired couples, but would have worked for small families too. We are long time and well seasoned AirBnB's - in GB, Europe and Western Canada ....... and the combination of host Debbie, the accommodation and location ranks our visit up there with THE BEST! We'd give it 6* if we could - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely little cottage. We were in town for a 3-day business trip, and the location was perfect, just 10 minutes from our venue. The cottage was ideal for two people: clean, clutter-free, and equipped with everything a guest might need. It felt very private and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax after long days. Roger was incredibly thoughtful; he had considered every detail to make our stay comfortable, even leaving us a box of Easter chocolates and biscuits, which was such a sweet, personal touch. He also kindly let us know in advance that the gardener would be coming by to cut the grass. Since we were out at a seminar during the day, it didn’t affect us at all. We loved how quiet and secluded the cottage was. The only thing we missed was enjoying the garden, as it rained during our visit, but hopefully next time!

Fabulous Stay. Lovely quirky cottage, lots of original features but with all the mod cons! The patio and garden was a real bonus and has full sun all day. The location is perfect, we hired a car but the cottage is super close to the train station, and local bus services for exploring Warwickshire. There are canal walks at the end of the road (20 minute walk to the Greyhound Inn at Sutton Stop) perfect for watching the canal boats and river cruisers. David is extremely responsive to messages and all instructions for location and access were spot on! Why book a hotel room when you can have your own space in this lovely cottage - Book with confidence!
