One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

There is parking in the heated garage with room for additional vehicles in the driveway or on the quiet street out front. Sit out on the porch and watch the river flow by! We have 3 different docks you can fish from. Docks may be removed for the winter as early as September 15.
