A nice house with a private backyard and parking, modern furniture and a barbeque, located near Aquaclub Kotvata, many restaurants and shops. The hotsprings are near. The neighbourhood is quiet. The house is suited in a great location for climbing the Seven Rila lakes, visiting Panichishte and Rilla Monastery. The distance between Sofia airport and the villa is a 90 minute drive by car. Villa Gardenia has its own bus, providing transfer to a location chosen by the guests, for an additional fee.

The property is a lovely converted barn, keeping some original features such as a stone wall and wooden beams, yet wirh all modern facilities of a newly fitted kitchen, bathrooms, airconditioning in summer and heating in winter.
