The chalet can be heated or cooled to suit your needs, making it cozy all year round. The fireplace adds warmth and a touch of romance. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a large dining table, and a dedicated children’s play area. A stone-carved wine and food cellar, maintained at an average year-round temperature of 3–5°C, is also available, along with a Finnish sauna. The accommodation can comfortably host up to 6 adults and one child up to 9 years old. EQUIPPED KITCHEN: The kitchen contains everything you’ll need for easy preparation of homemade meals in the mountains, including an induction stovetop, an electric oven with steam or microwave heating options, a refrigerator with a freezer, dishes, cooking utensils, kitchen towels, dinnerware, and basic food supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil). TERRACE WITH BBQ: The private terrace offers spectacular views and features two large wooden benches and a table suitable for up to 12 people. A masonry barbecue grill and grilling equipment are available for picnic needs. SLEEPING AREAS: The chalet has cozy beds. The upper floor, accessed by a sturdy ladder, features a double bed and two single beds, creating a magical loft-like atmosphere enhanced by adjustable ambient colored lighting. In the main room, a comfortable sofa bed provides sleeping space for two, while the children’s corner can be arranged to accommodate either one adult or two children. FINNISH SAUNA: The Finnish sauna is located inside the chalet and is heated by a wood-burning stove. WINE & FOOD CELLAR: The stone-carved cellar maintains a year-round temperature of 3–8°C and is stocked with quality Slovenian wines and food, available for an additional charge. TECHNOLOGY: The chalet comes equipped with an iPad for controlling, inspecting, and setting up all devices, reviewing video content with instructions for the chalet’s services and devices, a Samsung LCD TV, a SONOS sound system, 50M/20M internet, two air conditioners, underfloor heating, and a heat recovery ventilation system. FREE TIME: The chalet includes various board games and a book corner.
