Groomed trails lead to a 100 acre nature preserve managed by our neighbors The Whidbey Institute that we call the "100 Aker Wood."

Large fenced back yard leads to lake access. Front courtyard and upstairs deck with bbq. Absolutely no parties. This is a quiet family neighborhood.
