It was a comfortable home in what seemed to be a nice neighborhood. A short walk to view the water. Our friend lived down the street and showed us around the area. We ate at a couple of the restaurants in the area and enjoyed our time there.

I had a wonderful. It was very peaceful and quiet! Mandy/Stephen checked in a few times to make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything which was very nice of them. I was visiting for work and I love my solitude so this was the perfect fit.

A quiet country area. Walking down the road, we talked to a few neighbors who were super friendly. Great community!

Glenna’s place was great. Great location with tons of things to do all around the area. The house was neat and quite, I would stay here again in a heart beat

If you’re looking for a peaceful, private, cozy, comfy retreat, look no further! We loved everything about Ron and Joyce’s place. They obviously care very much about their guests’ experience and have included too many thoughtful details to mention. We really couldn’t have been happier and only wish we could have stayed longer.

This is my second time staying at John and Abby’s and it was just as great as the first time. The accommodations are accurate & more than I could ask for, check-in/out is super easy and quick, and they are very quick to respond to any questions or just to check in if you need anything. Location is very close to TN Tech, downtown Cookeville, and only about 15 min to Cummins Falls State Park. I plan to come back again next year and stay with them again!

We had a great few days at Sonya's condo. These condos have some of the best views on the entire lake, and her condo may have the best view in the complex. We love the location to the marina (1 mile), so it's quick and easy to get on the water. There was plenty of room in the place for our family, and the community pool was a nice benefit when we just wanted to relax and catch some sun! I would say the pictures were accurate (except the view in person is better), and Sonya was great to work with.

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

Valerie's place was just what my husband and a couple of our friends needed when visiting a friend in Murfreesboro for the weekend! "Amazing host, would definitely stay there again!"

Was just what we needed while attending a four day dog agility trial at the nearby MTSU Livestock Arena. Would certainly stay there again.

A little expensive for what it is but it’s a good place to stay in a nice area.

We had a wonderful time at this home with our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with plenty of space and privacy. We also had plenty of space to do things together. The home is well equipped and well situated. Thanks for a great weekend!

We stayed for 2 nights 4 adults. Mitchell's place was just right. We really enjoyed meeting him and talking. Rented the pontoon boat which was great. Already thinking about when we would return. Would recommend staying at this property.
