Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Place has its own kitchen top (without hob), ensuite bathroom, private entrance, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV and everything you need for your comfortable stay. Place is close to shops, and easily accessible to public transport to central London and Heathrow. Grocery stores Nisa Local, khushi Local are 0.3 miles, Ashford high street which has lots of restaurants and number of shops, gym is 0.5 miles by walk is 10-12 minutes.

This recently renovated, self-contained, quiet and bright annexe has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Chilterns. It offers own entrance, open plan living area with a kitchen and a small table, bathroom and a bedroom with a king sized bed. Enjoy your morning coffee or a picnic in the sunshine in your own little garden with table and comfortable chairs. Conveniently located, only 8 min walk to Amersham station and 1 min walk to the high street with many cafes, shops and restaurants.

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Take a gentle walk from here along the Thames Path to historic National Trust Runnymede, with its tea shop, many monuments to Magna Carta and beautiful outdoor art works. Less than 2 miles from The Long Walk, explore Windsor and the Castle or visit Saville Garden in the Great Park. We're also close to Legoland. Old Windsor has lots of places to eat (see guidebook) all in walking distance, we're surrounded by beautiful walks and we're also on the direct bus route to Windsor and Heathrow.

We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. Private double bedroom and en-suite bathroom

We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

Caversham Studio

Self-Contained, Large, light and airy Studio in a quiet residential area with own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Parking. 5-8 min walk to bus stop which is on direct route to Reading Train Station and Town Centre. Local shops and pub 15 min walk. Henley town centre is 6.5 miles away and via bus, (bus stop is 5 minute walk from studio) takes 20-25mins.

Literary Annexe by the Long Walk

A town centre location in Windsor's residential "Golden Triangle". One minute from the famous Long Walk, this is a private annexe- part of a grade two listed house in a unique cul-de-sac. Two charming bedrooms and a cosy living area with book lined shelves, TV and a sunny aspect. There is free parking for one car.

Self Contained Annex, Datchet

The flat at Littlecroft is a comfortable self-contained 1 bedroom annex to the main house that can sleep 4 ( one king bed and one double sofa bed). It's within 10 - 15 mins walking distance of Datchet village/station with both Windsor and London connections and a short drive from Heathrow and the motorway network.
