Absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed our stay very much. Kathleen and Patrick are just the nicest people who went out of their way to help us out. The room was spacious, comfortable and beautiful, the house has a lovely character, and the sitting room was very cosy with tea, coffee, cake and wood fire. Thank you so much! We would definitely like to come back if we're ever in Sligo again :)

We had a lovely time at Kathleen and Paddy’s! We felt so welcome immediately and the place is just beautiful. It is in a sleepy little village only a short walk from the local pub where everyone was super friendly. But really the hospitality of the hosted and the gorgeous room, setting and breakfast was just perfect. We can’t wait to come back again next year!!

Caroline hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Tee und Kaffee standen bereit, sehr schöne weiche Handtücher, ein sehr großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die Nacht war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit mehreren Sorten Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten, Müsli, Milch, Joghurt, mehrere Sorten Brot, Käse, Marmelade und Saft. Caroline hat uns einige Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben und wir haben sehr interessante Gespräche geführt. Dieses sehr gastfreundliche Zuhause in traumhafter Umgebung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Dès la première minute, nous avons été mis très à l'aise. Personnalité conviviale et attentionnée, maison spacieuse et accueillante, endroit charmant situé en bordure de lac. Bernie avait la visite de ses filles pour le weekend et nous avons pu partager une très bonne soirée avec toute la famille.

Dympna house it’s a very beautiful house ,close to shops and restaurants,everything you need it’s just 1 min away .Thank you Dympna we have such a good time in Sligo and in your house.

Catherine’s place was perfect for a getaway of 1-2 people, looking to be within walking distance of the beach, cafes, restaurants & pubs. It’s a cosy little place, kitted out with all the amenities you could want. The porch is an extra bonus, for sitting in the sun admiring the beach view & relaxing. Catherine was very accommodating from start to finish, and super responsive if we needed anything during our stay. We would definitely recommend to others & would visit again.

We just spent a week here in Strandhill as a family of 3plus our dog. The house was as described everything provided and spotlessly clean. we will definitely be back as host Patricia and Catherine were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this house for a stay in Strandhill, only a short walk to the beach front, shops and restaurant everything at your finger tips. Thank you so much for a lovely Easter break we will be back soon 😊

Enjoyed our stay .. great for a few nights. Accommodation was very clean and spacious. Great location as Sligo town(just 10 minutes away) , Strandhill beach and Mullaghmore coastline are all within 25 minute drive . Lovely village just 2 minute walk away. Host was also very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay with Sharon as we were up surfing in Easkey for a few days! Unbelievably welcoming and friendly family and I couldn't say enough nice things about them and their accommodation! It would be the first place i would consider booking if I am staying up around that direction in the future! Thanks again Sharon!

A big thanks to Nicola and Durcan for our wonderful stay at Annaghmore House, Sligo. The days past far to quickly, there was so much to see and explore. We enjoyed meeting their beautiful and friendly dogs, they always had a welcome for us. We loved breakfast while chatting with our hosts Nicola and Durcan, finding out all about the history of the House, which was fascinating. Nicola recommended places to go and visit. My only complaint is that our stay was too short. I hope we get an opportunity to visit again, maybe while doing the ‘Sligo Way’ trail next year.

I highly recommend this place!! Eimear was a very friendly & kind host! She was very accommodating as we arrived late, due to some travel complications we had before arriving there. She stayed up late, & kindly greeted us & showed us to our room when we arrived. Her home was lovely! Out in the beautiful countryside, very peaceful & safe. The rooms we used were very clean, tastefully decorated, & comfortable. She had a delicious Irish breakfast in the dining room for us of hot teas, a variety of breads & jams, yogurt, granola, milk & juice. She had a printed up paper of things to do in the area, complete with pubs & restaurants. We went to 2 of the locations... the Tullan Strand beach & the waterfalls.. we enjoyed both of them! She also has the most adorable little dog over in her part of the house.. which we loved!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Harry, Marys Mann, begrüßt. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön mit Zugang zu einer Terrasse und wir konnten bei Kaffee und Tee draußen sitzen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Tisch schön gedeckt. Beide Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr nett unterhalten. Schade war nur die Nähe zur Motorway. Es war nötig, die Fenster zu schließen. Dann war der Schlaf nicht gestört. Wir sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns bei Mary und Harry

Maureen was a wonderful host. Her house is very well situated to enjoy the main sights of Sligo and the views are stunning. Maureen's breakfast was better than any hotel. We'll be back next time we visit Sligo

Sharon was a wonderful, welcoming host and we enjoyed our stay as well as the lovely chat we got to have over breakfast.

Lovely B&B just a few minutes from downtown. Room was comfy and had everything you need! Michael was very flexible when we arrived early, it was appreciated.
