Although we didn’t see any bears me and my friend enjoyed our stay. There was a trail not far for the Airbnb that we chose to hike on our first actual day there and we enjoyed the hot tub after a very strenuous hike. I would 100% book at this Airbnb again.

It was a little hard to find, but the instructions were clear, I was just trying to find it in pitch blackness because I was arriving very late. The road was a bit rough, my prius was not happy with me... but holy cow was it worth the bumpy drive. Amazing little space. Cozy, safe, gorgeous. STUNNING views. The hot tub was INCREDIBLE. It was very homey and cozy. If I am ever in the area I will be back!! So amazing! I most definitely recommend.

My husband and I loved this place! Very cozy and calm, just what we were looking for on this trip. The mountains were gorgeous, hot tub was clean and lovely. Plenty of linens. There were quite a few bees, but we also know how important the bees are for our environment, so it really wasn’t an issue and they left us alone. We got to see bears and the drive up to the cabin was gorgeous and fun! We would absolutely stay here again.

"Modern cabin" is a modest description ... I would call this a mountain retreat! There were four of us (two couples), but the home would have easily accommodated eight. The design of the house was well thought out and roomy, and the decor was stylish and tasteful. It did not seem like a rental. The kitchen was fully equipped. Thick towels and a bubbly hot tub awaited our arrival, and the Saturday morning scones & hot chocolate were a delightful treat! Perfect spot for a remote get-away, but still just 20 minutes from downtown Ashville and many other attractions. We could not have been happier with this "cabin"!

We always love staying here, such a peaceful and beautiful gem! Love sitting on the back deck listening to the running water. Cooper (our pup) also loves to run around and have fun exploring! Lots to do in the surrounding towns! Definately will be back!!

We had a lovely relaxing vacation on the beautiful acreage! The home met all of our needs & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We’ve been coming to this area of TN for many years but Daniel’s place is the most serene we’ve ever encountered!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful homestead! 😊

The hosts were very very responsive. Very clean Cabins too. Even though pets are allowed, there was no sign of pets inside, very well cleaned. We had a very small concern, and they were right there the second I messaged them! Very very helpful! We will definitely start booking our family reunion June stays here from now on!

The cabin was beautiful and quiet which is what we wanted. I loved the decor especially the quilt that hung on the wall and the double sided fireplace was cozy on the cold nights. The cabin was close to Brevard and many hiking trails. Melissa was a great host, she answered all my questions. I will definitely stay here again.

My girlfriend and I had such a great stay at Esther and Wayne‘s place. Communication with them was so easy and prompt and the house was exactly as described. It was so cute and clean and perfect for a little anniversary getaway. The location was so quiet and convenient for us to be able to go visit nearby hiking trails and waterfalls. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting and we would happily stay again. Our little pup loved it too 🐾

Highly recommend! Though the area is recovering from the recent hurricane damage, we had a pleasant stay and would come back.

It was the perfect, peaceful one week retreat. far enough away from the crazy of Gatlinburg but close enough to drive into town for dinner. Having a waterfall literally right off of the porch is a great way to melt your worries away.

This is a wonderfully serene, quiet space set in the beautiful landscape of Black Mountain. Extremely convenient access to Downtown Black Mountain which was greatly appreciated with all the events in town. Very close to one of my favorite music venues made for the perfect experience for those of us who love the area for the music, as well as all of the other attractions. Elisha was proactive and very responsive in terms of communication. Check in was seamless and as described in the app. Definitely one to keep on your short list if you are a frequent visitor like me.

As we were driving down the driveway to leave my son said ‘that was funner than fun!’ That definitely sums up our time at Sweet Janes! It’s such a wonderful find and cool concept. The whole property was good vibes and it was a perfect weekend getaway. We stayed in Rise and the cabin was wonderful. Even as a family of 5 we all fit easily and comfortably. The cabins were modern and artfully decorated, with a view of the woods. The bed was super comfortable, and usually I have a hard time sleeping in beds that aren’t my own! Lizzie was welcoming and fun to chat with. The community kitchen was really well stocked and lovely to use. I highly recommend a stay at Sweet Janes. We’ll definitely be returning!

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed staying there. If you’re looking to get totally away from civilization then this is the place for you.. Would come back again if back in the area. 😁

Hosts were great at communicating and provided some great recommendations in the binder for the cabin. Cabin had everything we needed to cook all of our meals for our family of seven. Cabin afforded lots of space to spread out and offered some scenic views of the surrounding forests.

This place was amazing! A perfect place for 1 or 2 people to stay. This cabin is about 40ish minutes from the Pigeon Forge area. Chris provided a great selection of snacks and coffee. He even offered for us to have a late checkout! We reached out a few times regarding different things and he was super responsive. We especially loved the shower and the front patio space. I highly recommend!

Awesome stay in Cosby, TN. Right on Cosby Creek. Great spot for fly fishing and just disconnecting from the hustle and bustle. Janice’s Diner down the street has some awesome comfort foods and cakes, Round Up Coffee on the outskirts of Newport is good as well. A little over half an hour from Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Everything was as described and it felt comfortable and at home to be there. Robert is very accommodating.

The Airbnb was very cute and cozy, equipped with all the kitchen essentials. We visited to celebrate a birthday and initially asked the host if there was a grill. She mentioned there wasn’t one, but upon check-in, she got a nice propane grill, which was such a thoughtful surprise.🙂 We really appreciated that! The beds were firm but still comfortable. The Airbnb gave us a true authentic Cherokee experience, which we loved. We would definitely visit again!

We were only able to stay one night -husband and I were in town for an event at WCU. We look forward to returning when we can really relax and enjoy the beautiful area. We loved the lights at night and the covered porch area, as well as the firepit area (although due to burn bans, we weren't able to light a fire). The cabin was very nice, perfect size for two of us and our pup. We didn't utilize the kitchen cabin, which was awesome, and had lots of supplies. Very quiet and peaceful; close to Sylva and Dillsboro. Ryan is a great host - he is quick to respond and makes sure you have everything you need. Clean, comfortable and charming.

Thank you Kelly & Jim for being welcoming, responsive hosts, and providing a safe and private stay. this was the first time I was able to enjoy all the amenities offered! the kitchen provided all the appliances, condiments, while being clean and organized. the bathroom provided many towels which was a nice touch! Would absolutely come back and stay here again!! :)
