Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

Welcome to the Lookout Mountain Birdhouse! This modern cabin in the woods (completed in 2021) is surrounded by stone, trees, and a breath taking view! This house was built to stretch towards the clouds with a 1000 sqft deck and bird's eye view from inside. The 8 foot windows allow for an unobstructed view. Easy parking for those with boats. 110v 20 amp electric for charging your batteries as well. One note, the gas fireplace does not currently work.
