Relax in the cottage or use it as a base to explore the many attractions on Skye. Close to the main village of Portree and the harbour at Uig with access to the Outer Hebrides the cottage is perfectly situated. The cottage has good WIFI, perfect for WFH. Warm and cosy in winter as well as summer.

Truly relax and unwind at this peaceful shoreside accommodation with an ever changing stunning view. Ideally located for gentle strolls from the house to the local beach and to explore this Scottish Site of Scientific Interest. Perfect for twitcher and wildlife enthusiasts, you may even catch a glimpse of an otter and seals! This is also an ideal launch site for your own kayak/canoe/SUP to just paddle around. From here you can also explore the rest of the island and mainland at your leisure.

Heatherfield house self catering cabin The Shack

The Shack is a cosy cabin for two that has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Situated in Penifiler, a 10 minute drive from Portree, and close to the shore it has stunning views over Loch Portree. Centrally located on the island, it is an ideal spot to be based. It has a comfortable open plan living room with well equipped kitchen and double, en-suite bedroom. Outside there is a private seating area where, if the weather is behaving, you will be able to see the Old Man of Storr.

Studio 1 at Knott Cottage is a purpose built retreat for 1 or 2. Thoughtfully designed to provide quality accommodation at an affordable price. It offers vaulted ceilings, an open layout with under floor heating, a well equipped kitchen and a luxury shower room. Situated 100 metres from a sheltered bay with stunning views over Loch Snizort Beag, the Studio is an idyllic base to visit Skye's many attractions. Situated beside Camustianavaig Bay, the house enjoys a rural location, yet is only five miles from Portree. NB: the five-mile road to Camustianavaig is a single track (tarmac) road.

This is a small, modern, but very well appointed cottage/cabin has been lovingly created to a high specification, including handmade beds and sills & a feature wall. The cottage sleeps 3, but is ideal for couples seeking a romantic break, as well as for sight-seeing, walking and climbing.
