I had a great time at this property. The host was more than helpful and so kind. She went above and beyond on our stay helping us with anything we needed. She was very flexible in our check in and check out time and greeted us even when it was after midnight to check us in and provide our keys. I had a great time.

Just don’t doubt it. With the perfect and clear instructions that Sherry gives, it makes it so easy to find and get in. The space it’s perfect for resting out to have a vacation in Orlando, it has a beautiful pool and a chair massage that makes a perfect place. The amenities in the space are the best, Sherry has think in everything you can need (towels, Kleenex, cleansing towelette, hair dryer, coffee machine with sugar, Splenda, etc). It’s such a beautiful space to stay. It’s clear that Sherry has thought in every single detail to make the stay as enjoyable and comfortable as it can possibly be. Five stars it’s not enough. For last and most importantly, the welcome committee (the Shih tzus) are beautiful. They approve our arrival. 🥰

Rented this place when I had to attend a event near Orlando. It was a little off the beaten path but timeframe wise it was decent “about 30 min” to the heart of the Disney parks. A good deal from someone that wants a little more like a kitchen and a actual sitting area aside from the beds and tv but also want a affordable option. It really makes no sense paying ridiculous Disney hotel prices when you’re just going to spend most of the time out and about.

Staying here was very wonderful. We only stayed for two nights because we needed to be closer the airport since we had a really early flight. The house was beautiful and we wish we could have used the pool but we took the opportunity and do go Disney one of the days we had left and it was a smooth drive to get there. There was one small thing I was worried about but Marlene replied fast and immediately made me feel better. Hope I can stay again soon.

Good location.

Quiet neighborhood and easy access to surrounding areas for restaurants and shopping . Gate lock alittle hard to navigate in the dark however security light was helpful. Nice and easy checkout Will stay here again.

Everything was as described. Bed was comfy and fresh, everything was very clean. Love the outdoor space and the string of lights. Close to airport. Perfect for a nights stay to board a plane the next morning. For dinner, we went to Marlow’s Tavern and it was great! Highly recommend, location food, service and ambiance was perfect.

Anabel’s place was great, within drivable distance of the major theme parks and some great halal food at Shah’s. The place is great for 2 and the sink is not as tiny as it may appear to be in the photos!

André was a wonderful host! The home was nice, exceptionally clean, & easily accessible. The communication was top notch! Our dogs were welcomed & had the best time! We will definitely be staying again the next time we are in Orlando!! Don’t hesitate to book this location!

Personalmente valoro mucho el detalle de etiquetar cada compartimento del mueble de cocina, esto nos facilitó mucho nuestra estancia.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. Les photos sont en dessous de la réalité. Le logement très confortable et luxueux. La résidence est calme, on peux promener le soir en toute quiétude. LOVE THE PLACE! The living room has a vintage, aesthetic, and orlando vibe. The bathroom is spacious. Host Vivian is very very friendly and responsive! A great location too, near downtown, and many top rated food options around the area (within 20min walks)

Great stay! Chuck’s suite was exactly as pictured - spotless inside. Spacious! Super quiet at night. Easy to find. Great location, plenty of walking/running areas and big lakes nearby. Chuck was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay again!

Apartment was phenomenal. Coming from New York City, the peace and quiet was unmatched ! Check in was nice and easy. Apartment was very comfy and relaxing. Air conditioning worked ! Hot water worked ! And most importantly, it was CLEAN. This is definitely one of the better airBnB's I've stayed at. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the Davenport area.

Erwin’s place was truly amazing ! Felt so cozy , VERY clean , very modern , and much more. Had all what we needed plus some ! The location was very easy to find and a good spot. Quiet neighborhood , close to any food/stores you would need. Good parking situation. Easy to get into the place. Erwin was a great host , replied fast , very clear on instructions and checked in on us ! Would recommend this Air Bnb !

Perfect stay for what we needed! It was just far enough from the hustle and bustle without feeling like too far. It's right off a roadway but the noise is very minimal. The area felt very safe and they have a dedicated parking spot for your vehicle! We ended up checking in after dark and its easy to locate if you follow the hosts detailed instructions and review the description photos as they suggest! The bed and couch were both so comfy we didn't want to get up! Will be back if we are in the area!!

Ovenis was very responsive and very clear. The place really was stocked like a home and clean. I enjoyed there was private parking. My sons and I felt safe there. It is not too far away from major highways and the friends and family we came down to visit. 10/10 would stay here again!
