A peaceful 2 minute walk takes you into the centre of the historic market town of Skipton, making Devonshire Cottage the perfect location for those seeking the convenience of a town with the accessibility of beautiful Dales countryside all around

Welcome! In our house the Main bedroom is suitable for two adults with space for a infant cot at the bottom of the bed- if you would like to bring your own, please do. The second bedroom is for two children - with a shorty, small single sized bunkbed. One small dog Is welcome. Please let me know you are bringing your dog and we can accommodate for your furry friend. Take a few step's from the house & find public access direct onto a tow path which leads you to Skipton centre In 10 minutes.

Little Dairy Annexe, 18th Century barn conversion
Beautifully renovated 18th century listed, self contained annexe with lounge area, fully fitted kitchen and huge vaulted bedroom with marble tiled en suite. Situated in the centre of Gargrave village near the river, 10 min walk from station and on the edge of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Perfect for a walking holiday, with the Pennine way and the canal nearby and Malham, Bolton Abbey just down the road. Super restaurants and pubs close by and everything you need including Au Lait toiletries.

Garden flat, historic listed barn, The Boskins
Ellergill House Barn is a Grade II Listed building in a scenic, rural location in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The barn has spectacular views all around. It dates from the early 19th century and was lovingly restored in 2019. The Boskins provides luxury 2 bedroom accommodation. Both bedrooms can be used as doubles or twins making the Boskins the perfect setting for families or groups of friends. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area leads out to a south facing terrace and garden.

The Granary with hot tub - 2 miles from Skipton
The Granary is a stylish annexe/apartment, attached to Ivy Cottage, the original farmhouse. It is all on one level with the bonus of its own hot tub. Just 2 miles from the market town of Skipton, it is set in the small village of Carleton-in-Craven, with its own village pub, village store/off-license, regular bus services into town and local walks taking you across open countryside into town. The Granary makes a great place to stay when visiting this beautiful part of the Yorkshire Dales.

Enjoy the serenity of North Yorkshire. The Garden Room is situated within the grounds of our home. Private and beautifully furnished including a comfy king size bed, it is surrounded by a stunning garden. There is a brand new bathroom for your private use (separate entrance). Peaceful, calm and quiet, you can truly relax here. Bradley is 2 miles from the market town of Skipton. There is a great pub and village shop in walking distance. We are well situated for cyclists, walkers and tourists.

Shed End, in 18th century Lothersdale Mill
In the Weaving Shed of an attractive former textile mill, on the Pennine Way in North Yorkshire. The small rural valley of Lothersdale is five miles from Skipton and on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. We offer bikes, many country walks, and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). Popular tourist towns of Skipton and Haworth are nearby. * Shed End and my other place, The Workshop, are in the same building.

The Meadow View apartment, situated on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, offers a convenient getaway from the hustle and bustle. It offers peace and tranquility with views of the lush green countryside and meadows regularly visited by grazing sheep. Its convenient location makes it ideal for walkers and cyclists, whilst also allowing easy access to the historical market town of Skipton and Leeds city centre.

1855 Wash House, Town Centre Studio Cottage
The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

Thanet Cottage
This charming and characterful two bedroom stone cottage is perfectly located in a quiet courtyard setting just off the High Street in the centre of Skipton. It has the added benefit of a private parking space and offers easy walking access to all local amenities including the Canal Basin (1 min ), Skipton Castle ( 2 min), traditional market and shops (1 min) , various quality restaurants, pubs, bars, tea rooms and cafes (1 min), museum /gallery (2 min) and a woodland trail (5 min)

Swallows Nest was newly opened in Oct '22 and renovated to a very high standard. It is nestled in the quiet hamlet of Thorlby, just a short distance from the market town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. Come and take in the stunning views on your doorstep, watch the many garden birds visiting the feeder as you sit and have your morning coffee on the patio. The only thing you can hear is 'quiet'. The hardest thing you will have to do is decide what you want to see or do.
