The property borders a Department of Conservation reserve with a lakeside walking track, and is only a few minutes walk from the lake. Although it is only 6 km from Queenstown, the setting is beautiful and peaceful, and very private.

This private and self-contained studio-apartment is within easy walking distance of central Wanaka. There is a full kitchen and laundry and off street parking. The studio has a unique grass roof and large sunny deck with a hot tub. The studio is set in a park-like setting with mature trees. The comfortable queen sized bed has an electric blanket and quality linen. This studio is recently completed with quality furniture and is only a 5 minutes walk from the edge of Lake Wanaka.

This contemporary self contained one bedroom accommodation is perfect for you alone or a couples getaway with full PRIVACY. Our home is located in beautiful Arrowtown, with the Arrow River reserve (great for biking and walks, or a refreshing dip) just over the road, and the Arrowtown Golf course very close by. Walking into the village is a pleasant 20 minute stroll (for the average person) or slightly longer if you walk along the river. We built our home ourselves in 2007. It is modern but classic and decorated with contemporary colours and warmth. We would love you to come and stay.
