Cute west-side studio, close to downtown restaurants, shops, river, wineries, mountain biking and hiking trails. Easy 35 minute drive to Mt. Hood. Perfect for two adults or a family with children who wouldn't mind sharing a comfortable fold up mattress. Upstairs apartment has it's own private entrance with lockable space for equipment and gear. While cleanliness is always a priority, due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

About this Guest House Lovely studio guesthouse looking out amidst the trees and beauty of the Scenic Gorge Area. Light and open space where you can take a deep breath and relax. Lovingly remodeled and decorated with art from our local Hood River artists. Lite use kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave and sink. One Queen bed and one twin bed. On the (quieter) West side of town and just a 5 minute drive to our amazing downtown with all the shops, restaurants and wineries you desire.

From here you can walk to see what's buzzing in downtown Stevenson. Or you can break away from the hive and get out to see the waterfalls and scenery of this amazing place. Skamania lodge is less than 2 miles away. Whether you want to hike, kite, read or just get some much needed R&R, whatever it is that moves you, The Apiary is your honey-sweet home base.

Walking distance to the Trout Lake Grocery Store and The Station Cafe. Less than a mile to the Trout Lake Hall, Post Office Coffee, and Mt Adams Pizza. Ample recreation activities (hike, climb, XC ski, snowshoe, hunt, forage, bike, spelunk) just minutes away in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest.

Ideal for professionals, couples, two friends, or solo adventurers. It has a living/dining area, kitchenette (with a new apartment-sized fridge/ freezer), and a separate landscaped entrance with a seating area. Brand new washer/dryer unit that makes longer stays even more convenient. You'll enjoy lovely views from the great room of large maple trees!

2 Bed/1 Bath Guest Suite, Private Entrance

Two bedroom/one bath guest suite with private entrance available in our home (we live upstairs). Park, walk down your own sidewalk to entry door. Kitchen (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and recently upgraded with a dishwasher, stovetop , and oven) stocked with dishes, towels, etc. Living and dining room area with futon couch and dining room table. Easy walk to Heights restaurants and bakery. 30 minute walk downtown through neighborhood or via Indian Creek Trail .

A Cozy Night Out

Best place in the area for a weekend get away, passers through, attending local events, or visiting kids and grandchildren. Pet friendly. Minutes from the Tin Roof Barn and other wedding venues, wineries, and white water rafting. The cabin may not have a kitchen, but great restaurants are only minutes away. And who wants to cook on vacation anyway? There are places nearby that charge for "nature bathing" and "cold plunges." Here, you can walk in our woods and dip in the creek for free.
