Næsten 200 år gammelt fredet stenhus i den i historiske bygd Húsavík på Sandoy. Du bor tæt på naturen i et gammelt traditionelt færøsk stenhus med græs på taget, vægge af træ og træ- og stengulve. Huset er i en længe, hvor du går igennem ’røgstuen’ (hvor sovepladsen er) ind i stuen (glasstuen). I røgstuen er der højt til loftet, mens der i stuen er lavere, med udsigt over havet. Badeværelse af ældre dato, og et lille køkken med nye elementer og opvaskemaskine.

The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

My traditional Faroese house is located on the southern island, Sudoroy, surrounded by breathtaking nature with public transportation right by the door. The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs. A cozy little cottage on our farm in Kirkjubø. Well equipped kitchen and living room in one. A loft with double mattress. Hallway with closet, washer/dryer, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, dining table, and TV. Equipped with all the necessities for a pleasant stay.
