This convenient yet secluded Owl Road Barn is set back on our spring fed unique 4 acre property that is boardering on the 385 acre Spencer butte park, offering solitude. It is only 4 miles to Hayward Field and Autsum stadium. Bring your binoculars you will find abundant bird and wild life to watch.

The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Views of the Siuslaw River, coastal mountains on both sides. Two bedrooms and bath on the main floor, finished attic with three twin beds, two living areas, and basement. There are two houses on this property and another cabin next door. All are independen,t free-standing houses and can be rented together or separately. The house was built in the 50's and still has a "cabin" feel. Cozy and spacious for a family.
