The Perfect Desert House

James was very responsive and also let us check in early, we had an amazing time hanging by the pool. Everything was clean and neat our pups loved the yard so they could Rome around while we sitting by the pool. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Thanks for an amazing experience Nanette and Randal

On The Water in Havasu 2 Beds

Ginger was an amazing host and her home was located in a beautiful location! We arrived after hours but the checkin process was explained very clearly and was easy to complete. The views were spectacular and we were able to create fishing memories that will last a lifetime! The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to fish from their steps. Night fishing from the docks was awesome too! Overall, the experience was great and I would love to visit again.

Desert Gypsy Dream! Paradise on Golf Course!

My stay at Jennifer’s place was nothing short of perfect and amazing! The house was spacious with 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and a loft, offering plenty of room for our group of 8. The property came with all the amenities you could ever need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a BBQ grill and even a cooler to take to the lake. The location of this property was the highlight of the trip - we were in town for the IJSBA World Finals in Crazy Horse Campground and the nearness made it easy to come back and forth to the house to beat the heat. Jennifer was extremely helpful and very willing to help. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

We spent 12 nights here in March 2025 and we found it to be very comfortable for two people. The house was very modern and clean and everything was in great condition. Even the huge RV garage was spotless! We worked remotely and the internet service was fast and reliable. Also enjoyed being able to find good walking routes right out the door. Great communication from the host. Would definitely want to rent here again next time we're in Havasu.

Robert was very understanding a very great host. He had all the extra things you can think of in the household. He has a lot of amenities. My favorite part was the sun porch. He is very attentive and he responds within a good amount of time. The house itself was very well kept it had anything you could think of that you needed extra if it was too hot outside and we needed to stay in the Airbnb, we still had a good time. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Gorgeous Home in Sam's Beachcomber with RV Parking

We really enjoyed our stay at this spot at Sam's Beachcomber's Resort. The interior and exterior decor is beach/tropical theme and it just sets the mood for the vacation perfectly. It was cute, clean and in a great location to the water. We could sit on the front porch and enjoy the sunset on the lake. I took my family to Lake Havasu for Labor Day weekend and I didn't realize how busy the town would be at that time. I really liked this place because it is in a gated community with security and quiet hours so it felt safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Came to Lake Havasu to celebrate two 40th birthdays. Place exactly fit our needs from a size standpoint. Huge communal table for family style dinners. Great kitchen and grill where we cooked 2 of the dinners for the week. Matt and Lisa helped us immediately with things that came up. Would stay here again if we had a large group in Lake Havasu. This place comfortably fit 12 of us.

Beautiful, exactly as described..,Master suite has a very expensive mattress which is so -so comfortable…,A must sleep..,lol. We will definitely return in September Boat launch is 7 mins away..” State Six “!!!,Free and barely used by tourists… Pool table cue sticks need new ends/bumpers only complaint…. AC /ice cold.. Nest controlled, kitchen well stocked.. Pool is clean and refreshing…

This is our second stay at the Beach House and we had a great time. The home is immaculate and has all the amenities you need. My family loves the nature right outside the backyard; rabbits and quail were daily visitors. Chris is an amazing host that is always responsive. We look forward to staying again next year!

Josef’s place was perfect for our multi-night stay with two little kids. There was a brand new pack and play and outlet covers in common areas. We enjoyed the games in the sunroom and the pool table in the garage. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was also walking distance to a neighborhood playground which we really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.

We really enjoyed this house. we stopped by for the weekend to boat Lake Mojave and this place was perfect for that. it had lots of parking outside in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The inside was very comfortable with a large living and dining area. the master bed and bath is beautiful.
