Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space that has recently been refreshed. Artsy and adorable inside and out, the layout features two bedrooms with queen beds on the main floor. The basement has a L-shaped family room and a toilet. Fenced backyard with patio and front porch with two comfy chairs. All linens, dishes and soaps provided. Close to both major hospitals and Briar Cliff University as well as some of the main thoroughfares make for a desirable place!

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

This beautifully remodeled and fully furnished rental (3 bedroom/ 2 bath—sleeps up to 6 adults) offers all of the comforts of home (+Wifi). We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
