Eine sehr schöne, geräumge Wohnung in einem Altbau. Sehr schöne Terrasse und kleiner Garten in die Hinterhöfe hinaus. Eine angenehme Umgebung mit vielen Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Gute Anbindung an Öffis. Sehr nette und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great stay with a brilliant balcony. We used the e-bike rentals to get into Brussels city centre which tool around 20 mins each way and cost €10 for 120 minutes. This was convenient as the bikes could be parked <5 minutes away. Instructions for check in were clear and easy to follow.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits à Waterloo. Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé et très confortable. Valérie a été très réactive à mon arrivée et très agréable. Je recommande vivement !

We stayed 10 days at Nick’s place and felt right at home. The living room is spacious with a large sofa and a dedicated work desk. The location is superb with metro station 2mins away for local transport, 10 mins walk to Noord station for intercity trains, and all major tourist attractions under 15 mins walk. Shops and small eats are right nearby. The communication is great with the host, very responsive and helpful. We cancelled a final night with short notice and Nick approved the request without problem. He even walked us to the Noord station to help us get the many luggage onto the train. I would highly recommend Nick’s place to anyone staying in Brussels.

Wim es un anfitrión excelente, amable y disponible. La comunicación fue muy fácil y fluida. El apartamento correspondía perfectamente a la descripción. Muy céntrico, funcional y acogedor, a dos pasos del casco antiguo de Bruselas y de la Gare Centrale. Era exactamente lo que necesitaba para mi estancia en Bruselas. Muchas gracias Wim! Volveré :)

Spacious and immaculately clean apartment, a short Uber drive to the city centre. The communication was 10/10 from the moment of booking. The apartment had everything that was needed, and extremely comfortable. Some nice cafes and bars around. Highly recommend

Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa. El sector en donde queda ubicada la casa es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza, así mismo el apartamento es cómodo y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar. Thomas fue muy amable, cuando llegamos nos sugirió sitios para visitar y nos dio recomendaciones de cuidado de la casa. Es perfecta para personas que vayan con vehículo, en nuestro caso fue un poco difícil porque no teníamos carro sino que utilizamos el transporte público, así que teníamos que caminar un poco más de 15 minutos para salir a la avenida principal. Hay un supermercado cerca, caminando son 25 minutos. Buscábamos en nuestro viaje disfrutar de la naturaleza, y eso encontramos en el apartamento de Thomas. Muchas gracias!

A really nice spacious flat located close to central Brussels. The central train station, grocery shops are all in easy walking distance. Leandro was really responsive to any questions we had, and provided some great suggestions while we were staying. I thoroughly recommend this Airbnb if you are visiting Brussels.

Bien situé, nous avons fait beaucoup de choses à pied. Bouche de métro ligne 2 et 6 juste devant la porte de l'immeuble. On n'entend pas le boulevard depuis les chambres (ce qui était une légère inquiétude avant notre arrivée). Confortable.

Le logement de Piet est superbe. Idéal pour un groupe d’ami qui souhaite passer quelques jours à Bruxelles. Très bien aménagé et idéalement situé dans le centre. Piet est un hôte chaleureux, tout ces conseils ont été précieux pour la découverte de la ville. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Bonjour, Le logement était tout simplement parfait, nous ne manquions de rien. J’ai été agréablement surpris par le sens du détail de notre hôte, qui a vraiment su créer une atmosphère soignée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté impeccable ainsi que l’ambiance du lieu : à la fois simple, épurée, mais avec une vraie personnalité. On s’y sentait bien ! Merci encore 🙏🏼

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Rim. Tout était conforme à la description, il est très bien équipé, et le jacuzzi est évidemment un vrai plus. La rue est un peu bruyante par moment mais rien de trop dérangeant. Le centre est accessible à pieds, mais aussi en transports en commun. C’est super. Merci encore à Rim pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

It was such a lovely place! The host is incredibly kind and attentive. You can count on quick and easy correspondences, which really helped during our stay. The place is exactly as pictured; stunning! We didn’t use the jacuzzi tub, but I used the sauna and it was incredibly relaxing. Very close to the station and without walking distance of a many, many things! The beds were comfy and there was lots of space for a group of four. Would recommend!

Excellent week-end pour nous. Le penthouse est parfait, comme sur les photos. Les terrasses sont superbes et les prestations haut de gamme. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût. Encore un grand merci

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

Nous sommes restés deux nuits. Fernando est très réactif et propose un logement de qualité et propre. Il est assez bien situé par rapport au centre de Bruxelles. Toutefois pour certaines personnes, le quartier pourrait faire peur à la nuit tombée (drogue, ...). Ceci étant dit, je recommande chaleureusement le logement. Bon séjour à Bruxelles !
