This 270 square foot tiny house is very comfortable, and although it is similar to a studio, it is set up with a full size kitchen and bathroom, as well as a full size bed on the main floor, so you can feel at home. Yeti Summit is a separate unit behind the main house in a peaceful neighborhood, just two miles from Ouray. This charming space offers a private deck, hot tub, kitchenette, 3/4 bath, and a luxury king bed. Enjoy morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine on the deck while listening to Corbett Creek. The Dallas Trailhead is a short walk away, or bike/drive to the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool. Per county ordinance, only one trailer is allowed on-site, with additional parking options available.

Our condo is in a great location in Telluride. Ski lifts are just across the river. The town shuttle stops out front and we are on the river trail connecting to downtown, hiking and biking trails and the beautiful valley floor. Grocery store, liquor store, and our favorite Thai restaurant are just a minute's walk. There are hot tubs and a sauna to relax in after playing in the mountains. Our condo is equipped with all the comforts of home. These condos have beautiful park like open space.

Stay in one of our cozy Casitas (tiny houses) that accommodate two people and are situated among a few others at our eclectic campground in the valley between Ridgway and Ouray Colorado. These tiny homes have a small footprint of 250 square feet but feel much larger due to the high vaulted ceilings. They are stocked with your everyday necessities such as linens, cooking basics and showering facilities. We have cleverly designed them to maximize space and hope you enjoy the loft views!

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Cute and cozy year-round camping cabin available for rent as a more economical option for guests who want to have the cabin experience and still have the convenience of being close to downtown Ouray. PLEASE NOTE: Camping Cabins do NOT have water inside the cabin. Drinking water is readily available. Our heated restrooms and shower facilities are only a short walk from the cabins and checked multiple times daily to make sure they are clean and ready for our guests.
