The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1000 sqft, ground floor home is perfect for your Downtown Silverton base. Within 2 - 3 blocks from all restaurants and shops, you'll be hard pressed to find a more convenient location. Starlink internet service and a smart TV. Enjoy the private patio for dining outside.
